  2. Add a timer function that can be adjusted by the member or admin to allow someone to set a timelimit to automatically remove themselves from que after 8 or 12 hours. Our member remember to log into que "normally" but forget to log out after a shift because ... well lets face it their mind is on going home at that point. So if they could select a timer before entering que for an adjustable time or even a set time 8hr, 12hr, or indefinate that would leave one less thing for human error.

  6. I would like to request the ability to send hyperlinked text (i.e., clickable anchor text) in SMS or MMS messages sent through the RingCentral app.

    Currently, RingCentral supports sending raw URLs (e.g., https://example.com) via SMS. While these URLs are clickable on most modern devices, they often appear lengthy, messy, and not user-friendly — especially when communicating with clients or customers.

    The goal is to enable a cleaner experience where a custom label or anchor text can be used instead of displaying the full URL.

  7. Hello RingCX Developer Team.

    Good day. I am sending a feature request to have the Author be unmuted by the Admins in a much easier way. Currently, there is no way to find and change the muted Author, by filtering whether they are muted or not. This is kind of difficult fot tyhe users and Admins to look for any accidentally muted authors.As of this time, the only way to do it is ,checking like specific categories or channel and time the message came in, and they could try and filter by those.   8. Currently, when a user is assigned a Role Domain in RingCentral, they lose access to the Audit Trail, even if their role otherwise permits it. This limits visibility into activity within their assigned site or domain.

    Please consider allowing users with Role Domain assignments to retain access to the Audit Trail, at least for users and activity within their assigned domain or site.

    For site-specific administrators, having visibility into changes and events is crucial for effective oversight, security, and troubleshooting. Granting localized Audit Trail access would empower them to manage their domain without compromising centralized control or broader administrative boundaries.

  9. Currently, in EX Roles, the ability to edit, change, and delete Monitoring Groups is bundled with permissions to create, edit, and delete Call Queues across the account. This creates a challenge when trying to grant users specific administrative access without unintentionally expanding their scope.

    Please consider separating these into two distinct permissions within Roles:
    - One permission for creating, editing, and deleting Monitoring Groups
    - A separate permission for creating, editing, and deleting Call Queues
    This change would enhance security, administrative control, and flexibility when assigning roles to users with different responsibilities.

  12. We would like to suggest a feature enhancement for the RingCentral app: a clear pop-up notification that alerts users immediately when the app loses internet connectivity. This notification would help users quickly identify connection issues that might affect call quality, message and call delivery, and overall app functionality.

    A prominent pop-up alert would improve user awareness and reduce confusion during network interruptions.

    • Provide an option within the RingEX Admin Portal to export Call Queue configurations, including:

    • Queue extension numbers

    • Queue members

    • Call duration settings

    • Ring type (e.g., simultaneous, sequential)

    • Any other relevant call handling rules

    Use Case:
    • Customers who need to migrate like from RC partners to RC Direct or replicate call queue settingss—currently have no way to export these configurations. This creates additional manual work and increases the risk of misconfiguration.
