  12. It would be greatly beneficial for us to have the option to display the user’s direct number in the "Forwarded To" field of the call log when receiving calls through the RC App.

    Currently, when a user—who only uses the RC App—receives a call, the system defaults to showing the main number under "Forwarded To." This can lead to confusion and makes it difficult to identify the intended recipient directly.

    We believe having the ability to show the user’s direct number instead would greatly improve clarity and call tracking.

  14. I want to receive a notification when I received a call on my added account on RingCentral App while logged in on the other account.

    For example: I am logged in on Account A and I received a call on Account B, I should receive the notification on my Account A that Account B has an incoming call and be able to answer it for convenience without needing to log out or log in

  18. Request to add a feature that allows background music to play on the speakerphone only when it’s activated.
    The customer's previous phone system allowed background music to be activated by entering a code, playing continuously whether or not the phone was on a call. The customer would like to have similar functionality in RingCentral.
