  1. The filter when adding external (internal) calls, for example, doesn't apply on percentage calculation . The number of Total calls is correct, but the percentage is incorrect. The denominator remains unchanged when filters are applyed.

  7. I'd love to see a way to "lock" a phone number in the Admin Portal so that it cannot be accidentally deleted. Maybe role-based number deletion, or a PIN that is required to delete "important" numbers?

    We have 1000+ numbers in our account and do not want to kill a critical Site number that has been in use for 50 years if we can avoid it.

  8. Yealink BH76 headsets paired with their Yealink BT51 dongles enhancement to RC desktop app. ( headset/dongle combo works in all other software we utilise (zoom, Teams, general audio use) so are certain the issue lies within the way RC utilises it.

    I have a call queue with 3 members. When the main number is dialed, I want the phones of these 3 members to ring simultaneously for about 20-30 seconds. The ability to call a feature code or built in extension number that will connect the call from a phone to the Cloud Server and loop the call back live to the same phone.
