  9. We'd like to change our hold music company wide but there is no solution to this. We currently have to go to every single group and every single user's account and adjust the hold music. How is there no way to have a company wide hold music choice?

When Android Auto Wireless is in use the RC app does not send through audio and tries to route the call through Wifi when no internet connection is available since it is only using wifi for the connection to Android Auto. We don't want to use our cell phone number for the calls. Direct dial data has only wifi or mobile data, wifi or carrier minutes only. You should add an option for Mobile Data Only that way RC app would not think the wifi connection is an actual live internet connection and would not use it.

  13. As of now, screen caller only applies when dialing specific extension. However, it didn't work when dialing the Operator (pressing 0) and also on the Call Queue (since it appears to be auto accept). We would like to request that Screen Caller also applies to Operator's call handling where Screen Caller is turned on.

  14. Have a shared line setup....6 phones, 3 shared lines. If a user answers a call and puts in on hold, the only way another phone can pickup that shared call is to select the button for the shared line on hold FIRST before picking up the handset. If they pickup the handset first and attempt to select the line on hold after that, then all the phones will ring and the call on hold will be lost. Please adjust the functionality so that users and switch between lines without having to hangup the handset each time first.

  16. Unfortunately, the current custom role lacks the capability to change roles within the user management section for that specific custom role. Allowing this ability could potentially lead to the customer changing their own role to a Super User, raising concerns about misuse or incorrect platform configurations, as well as unauthorized access to privileged information.

    Our objective is to empower the customer administrator to modify the ability of end devices to dial international numbers when necessary, without providing them with broader role-changing capabilities. Essentially, this enhancement request revolves around a straightforward adjustment in call restrictions.

  19. It would be great, if we can set up an operator (when people call and press 0) by their work hours. For example if John only works on Thursday 8am-3pm, it would be great if we can set it up to where a system automatically makes him an operator for these hours, or anyone of our choosing based on their hours. After John is done it switches back to main operator.
