  1. Customer wants to have the option to use their Email instead of the voicemail box as their voicemail storage since the maximum limit of 200 is not enough for them and this would be a good idea for a company that receive a lot of voicemails.

  3. On iOS, a user can allow the RingCentral app through various Focus modes. If a RingCentral call is received while in a Focus mode, the RingCentral app can still vibrate and audibly ring the device.On Android, a user can allow the RingCentral app through Do Not Disturb.   6. Public Park Call to keep the Original Caller's Caller ID instead of the current behavior where the caller id of the original caller is being dropped. It's helpful for the recipient of the call to know where the call came from originally. Thanks!

When a user search for a contact that is imported from external directory such as Google Directory and this user's contact unchecked the "Include user in Corporate Directory" parameter, the RC parameters are not supposed to be shown.The behavior is correct on Desktop RC App but it's not the case for Mobile RC App: the "extension" attribute is shown which is not supposed to be the case.

  15. We are trying to set a time schedule on custom rule for user extension, we would like to set the schedule 9:01 pm to 8:59 am however the time option on the custom rule is 15 minutes interval we would like to be able to set it in minutes interval
