  2. Expected Behavior:
    - Partner wanting to have a set up from the RingCentral Teams (Glip Group) have an option of allowing guest users to add members

    Current Behavior:
    - Only Admin of the RingCentral teams have option to add new members
    - Guest are only able to view the Teams settings but no option to make changes

    Steps to replicate
    1. Login to RingCentral app
    2. Select a Team(Glip Group)
    3. Select 3 vertical dots > View Profile
    4. Team Admin Settings

  4. Would be great if administrators can decide which numbers a user can use for outbound caller ID. Right now, all company numbers, contact center routing numbers, and site numbers are visible to anyone who has access to change their caller ID at all.Current permissions around outbound caller ID are "all or nothing" in that either users can change their OBCID to anything in the company/site OR they can't change them at all.

  5. Customer is having an issue distinguishing the incoming calls for both RingCentral application and external number. The incoming call display screen looks exactly the same. It would be best to have the option to change the Incoming call screen display so that our valued customer will be able to determine where the call is coming in.

I am from a legal and collections agency where we need to follow Truth In Caller ID Act (47 U.S. C. § 227(e) which states (1) IN GENERAL.—It shall be unlawful for any person within the United States, in connection with any telecommuni-cations service or IP-enabled voice service, to cause any caller identification service to knowingly transmit misleading or inac-curate caller identification information with the intent to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain anything of value,

    Having the option to select a number that is not in your control like those assigned to main site or blocking your caller id…

  13. We need to be sure that employees do not have the ability to put in a false number or block the caller ID in accordance with Truth In Caller ID Act (47 U.S. C. § 227(e)). Please have an option to hide/unpublish the Main Company Number and Company fax number that is located in Main Site. Also, option to remove Blocked as an option.

HiIt could be very usefull to be able to customize the Email Notification.Making it more corporate, adding company logo, custom text and even customize the sending email address.The best will be the ability of sync the caller's information to our synced contact lists, to display the name and company of the incoming caller you missed.Kind regards

  15. Submitting Idea on customer's behalf. We were having an issue where some of the agent's sites were merging, and the agent wanted their customers to hear an announcement about the move before being forwarded to another site's number. Unfortunately, RingCentral's service web doesn't have the capacity to forward to a specific internal number, only to extensions. The problem here is that the agent's extensions will be changing soon with the merge, so the call rules or IVR menus we create to get this done will all break soon and have to be rebuilt.   19. For Fax cover sheet allow you to input to whom the fax is being sent to without entering their name and Fax# into contacts. Why would we want to enter into contacts a persons name at a mortgage company with a Fax# when we probably will never send another Fax to them.
