  6. It would be nice if we could bulk upload our legacy devices (not purchased through RingCentral, but supported by RingCentral) into the Admin Portal so we don't have to do it one at a time. I understand that only the DealsDesk are able to bulk upload devices to Customers Accounts when purchasing/renting phones, so the feature is available, it would be nice if it wasn't just for new/rented devices.

  10. Sending this ideas on behalf of the customer. To have super admins get an access with meeting recordings hosted by another users/extensions without asking for their approval or getting the meeting recording forwarded to their email, etc.

  13. We want to get a history of who owned a number. We've been recycling numbers but we don't know how to get this. Hoping that there is an option in the Admin Portal to check to which extension are numbers previously assigned.

  16. Create a a tab for the text messages views that shows which messaging threads you have not responded to (i.e. the other person sent the most recent message). As someone who reaches out to hundreds of numbers every day, this would help me ensure that no one goes without a response!
