Bulk Upload Devices
It would be nice if we could bulk upload our legacy devices (not purchased through RingCentral, but supported by RingCentral) into the Admin Portal so we don't have to do it one at a time. I understand that only the DealsDesk are able to bulk upload devices to Customers Accounts when purchasing/renting phones, so the feature is available, it would be nice if it wasn't just for new/rented devices.

Super admin can get an access on meeting recording hosted by other users/ extension
Sending this ideas on behalf of the customer. To have super admins get an access with meeting recordings hosted by another users/extensions without asking for their approval or getting the meeting recording forwarded to their email, etc.

history of who owned a number
We want to get a history of who owned a number. We've been recycling numbers but we don't know how to get this. Hoping that there is an option in the Admin Portal to check to which extension are numbers previously assigned.

Create a a tab for the text messages views that shows which messaging threads you have not responded to (i.e. the other person sent the most recent message). As someone who reaches out to hundreds of numbers every day, this would help me ensure that no one goes without a response!

Multiple accounts with the ability to toggle between in the app.
I have multiple accounts with RingCentral as I'm running different companies. It is difficult to keep on top of client calls with each account as I cannot be logged into both accounts at once. Is there a way to be able to toggle from one account to another under 1 login? I have been a longtime RingCentral client and this is something I suggested years back. Can you please implement this feature within the desktop and mobile apps?
