Presence Status Change Notification
Provide a notification when a HUD contact changes from busy, to DND, to available. Enable notification of status change by HUD contact. For example, when a HUD contact changes from "Busy" to "Available", provide a notification of the contact status change. The feature could be an additional option when selecting the Ellipse's for a contact in the HUD list.

incoming new calls to automatically put on hold

Option to disable call recording announcement per call queue
We have our valued customer who's idea might be beneficial to our platform. The account has an Automatic Call Recording to all call groups and users. When a call comes in to 1 call queue, the play recording announcement plays. However, with their current setup, 1 call will be transferred to a different call queue if not answered by the 1st call queue, hence the play recording announcement will trigger once again and so on, call will be transferred to a different call queue or to an external number that has the same call recording announcement. Fax Status Notification: Main Company Number Should Show Company Name and Not the Username of the Main Extension
Currently, when the main company number is used as a fax outbound caller ID or fax number to users, the fax notification received shows that the From name is from the name of the main Super Admin extension.Since it's a company main number, The "From" should show the company name and not the extension name, especially, if it is not a direct number or not an operator set on Auto-Receptionist > General Settings > Settings > Operator and Fax/SMS Recipient.

Ability to share a specific voicemail to other user's mailbox. Posting this idea in behalf of my customer. It would be nice if I'll be able to forward a specific voicemail to another user including the caller information like a phone number as it's easier to get back to that caller if the number is showing after I forward it.

Ability to add multiple same extension on others phone presence
Capability to add multiple extensions same users of some elsedesk phone. Currently, it will allow you to add 1 line per user.With this, can can utilize placing a call on hold and different extensions can answer it without affecting the other calls on hold on different lines.

Automatically print fax without being required to sign in to RC App
Customer has a separate extension for their fax number and no one is signing in to it. They want the faxes to still do Print-to-Fax even without being required to sign in. Faxes are received but it doesn't print automatically when no one is signed in to the fax extension
