  3. I like that we can have our phone ring for pickup groups that we are monitoring but would like this to be something that isn't an all or nothing option. I have user extensions on my phone for speed dial purposes that I do not need to have ring when on my phone when they receive a call. Allowing us to pick specific monitored users to ring would be very helpful.

  5. Customers prefer a quick way to have their status message be changed on the application just like with what there is for DND status. A button to click on or a dropdown to choose from is what's being requested.

  10. The caller will have an option to dial their account number so that it will appear to RingCentral application the detail which is the account number of the caller for documentation purposes

  11. Wants to be able to see active sessions. Active sessions are any computer or device that is currently logged into your account. Monitoring your active sessions helps to keep account secure, and helps prevent suspicious account activity. It also allows user to log out of your account on other computers when you’ve signed in from a different device.

  20. We'd like to change our hold music company wide but there is no solution to this. We currently have to go to every single group and every single user's account and adjust the hold music. How is there no way to have a company wide hold music choice?
