  1. Currently at your support website, the limitation of your fax pages we should be able to send is up to 200. I've tested this multiple times, but it always fails to send despite not exceeding the size limit. I've contacted support about this but they're recommendation is to break the faxes by batch making it 100 pages per fax. A feature which allows us to send faxes with more than 100 pages on it per fax will be greatly appreciated.

  2. two entities. Company A has a RingCentral account and numbers Main Number directs the calls to my individual extension hence I want another number to redirect it to the same main number / Can I receive calls from the two main numbers on my single RingCentral App on my phone, even if those are on different accounts

  5. Feature Request: Adding Paging Extension to the presence settings of user extension
    Expected Behavior: Be able to add the paging extension to the presence settings of each user extension instead of dialing the paging extension
    Current Behavior: No option to add the paging extension to each user extension presence settings. Not auto-added nor the Paging extension is not showing on the list of extensions that can be added when assigning presence settings from the user extension.

  6. We don't have our employees use the application. We don't have it installed on the PC or phones. They are strictly fielding calls from customers from Mitel 6940w desk phones, which work great but they can't log themselves in and out of the queue status. As of now, we have to set their phones to DND, which means that while they won't field calls from customers, they can't take calls from anyone else.

  13. In the voicemail section in the app (MVP and softphone) plus in the admin portal there should be a check mark box so that we can mark when a situation has been handled. This should be included for user extensions and for call queue voicemails

  19. Customer prefer to have the simplest way of call forwarding, like when setting up call forwarding from User A , and then need to add User B on the list, if we can just add their license number and it should ring all the forwarding added on that user, though user B is using his mobile number.
