Get Billing invoice as Excel file
Due to the number of sites we have, but accounting department would like the billing invoice in an excel format so they can formulate the cost management to each site easirer. The PDF version doesn't work for us and converting the PDF to Excel is just a mess.

Allow presence feature to show busy when answering an incoming call on a ring group.
Currently the presence feature of showing busy to other users in the organization will only operate if the user extension was dialed directly. If one is apart of a ring group for a particular number, or a full number is dialed, that user will not display as busy when answering a call. They will only show busy if their internal extension was dialed. This is something that many of my Ring Central customers need to have in place as they operate off of one number passed down to a ring group.

DTMF options available on queue's
I have 5 team members in our Support call queue. when all of us are on the phone it would be nice to have an interruption asking for a call back number to be received in order in which they called, or DTMF options from my research.

Allow user to be part of multiple roles
As part of account administration and granting access to features in RingCentral, is seems very inflexible that a user can only belong to a single role. If just a single additional permission is needed, you have to create a whole new role each time and change the role the person is a part of. This seems like a lot of overhead and management of many user roles. It would be ideal if a user could be part of multiple roles so that permissions are additive. Add Delegated Lines on Presence
Apart from the actual user extensions, the ability to add the delegated line to the Prence keys will help users quickly reach the person using that line also answer calls to the line if there's no person on that desk.

Split UK Premium options (084, 087, 09)
087 and 084 numbers are considered "low-call" rate (charged at around 3p per minute) and many companies use this for contacting clients etc. 09 numbers are considered premium rate (charged at 25p - £2.00 per minute). These 3 options are currently bundled under "Premium" within Service WebWould it be possible to separate 087 and 084 into 1 group and keep 09 on its own?

Time stamp on received faxes
I would like to have time stamp on faxes that I receive. The time when we receive fax, not the time when someone sent fax

Time stamp for incoming fax
It would be helpful if we can see timestamp when we receive fax. Most people sending faxed have not configured time on their fax machine, so it always shows incorrect time on faxes.

Remove people's last name from public facing comments.
The internet is a scary place. People should be able to comment First name Last Initial without putting their full name on the post.
