  1. Was talking with a RingCentral tech and we were troubleshooting a user who was not seeing all the user for a certain site. Had the manager access for the site but in analytics they did not see all the team members. RingCentral Tech was able to emulate the manager so we could see what they saw to resolve the issue.

  4. Please check if we can add a feature to block/have some users hide from company directory and at the same time still view them by other users within the group.For instance, user 1,2,3, and 4 are hidden from the directory but these set of users can still view each other in the directory.

  7. Hi,The customer would like to have a conference call from the call queue members.please find the below verbatim"People dial one number which is associated to RC call group. Several members are contained within. I want all the member's phone numbers to ring simultaneously, but ideally, I want the people to answer one by one, and for their numbers to continue to ring, so that eventually one big telephone conference call forms."

While I understand it may not be a priority for RingCentral, why not consider creating a RingCentral app to compete with messaging platforms like Telegram or Slack, specifically designed for business purposes?In my company, we have both office users (30 of them with MVP licenses) and field users (70 contractors with Video Pro accounts) who mainly use messaging for communication. I wish to be able to create a subscription to deliver weekly reports based on a specific queue and date range, which includes ALL calls (answered and missed), including the expanded trail of each call. Unfortunately, Performance Reports in Analytics only produces answered calls and does not include missed calls.

  15. Would be nice to set custom default view filters for the unified inbox (aka only view voicemail and texts to keep faxes separate, only view certain shared voicemails, only view voicemail, etc.. I know you can view voicemail under its own tab but you cannot view multiple shared voicemail extentsion at the same time.

When selecting the user extension under devices and numbers, there should be an option or a button that says "swap number" and will have an option to select an extension number to swap the number..   20. Want to block the unregistered SMS on the account by disabling SMS on unregistered numbers? Since the only option right now is once you block the number of incoming calls, SMS and fax will be blocked but we need only blocking the SMS only
