  2. RingCentral MVP mobile app user/s is/are expecting to use it anytime they need to without them being signed-out if inactive with the app for at least 14 days. They should have options on how to manage it.

  3. Since it is required by TCR that all SMS messages to clients have an opt out message , it would advantageous to have a feature where this message is auto populated on all messages sent through our ring central app.

  4. Texts are often scrambled when received through ring central. For example, someone will send a longer, singular, text message. It will then be received as multiple texts that are out of order. Makes it really difficult to read the message.

  6. When I am texting with someone, often times, the icon that appears around the initials of their name is the EXACT same color of the icon that appears around my initials. This often leads to me missing texts since it looks like I was the last person to respond. There NEEDS to be a way to differentiate the numbers in the chat. Bare minimum, drastically different colored icons per number included in the chat, different shapes would be even better!

  8. When I am in a call and talking to an IVR, the hashtag key is use often. If the Enter key on my numeric keypad generated, that would save time and trouble. Currently the Enter key does nothing, so why not right???

  9. I want the call presence feature to work when there is an outgoing call. I do not current use call que because I am using the auto receptionist because I need to be able to use all my numbers for texting. The problem is, because I am using the auto receptionist and not call que, when there is an out going call from my employees phone, I can not see the presence feature of the person I am monitoring. I can only see the presence feature when we get an inbound call and the employee is on the phone but…

  11. Would be helpful to have a way to send a note as either internal or external. While the notes feature is great, it doesn't give us much flexibility in visibility options. This would be helpful so that we can ensure that the people that should have access to the information, should be able to view the notes.

  13. I would like to have the ability to hide certain user roles that are not in use. For instance, if I don't have any users assigned to the Standard role, I want to be able to hide it so the role selection looks cleaner. Maybe having a show/hide option or having the ability to filter the roles to Pre-defined role (out of the box) or a custom role would be very helpful.

  14. I have had several customers over the years request this, but especially pertaining to larger accounts with many sites. This customer is just the most recent to bring this up.If a user has access to auto-receptionist & analytics (for example, phone system admin) and assign them to a specific site(s)/role domain, that user can still see IVR menus for other sites and also see every other site in Analytics.   15. Customer hasd 10,000 personal contacts and is requesting to have an option to delete all contacts AT ONCE in the portal / my extension page. They are able to export the contacts already but is now faced with the time consuming contact deletion of 50 per page (since the option of 100 and 200 gives them an erro"cannot be completed at this time")

  19. Go to 3cx.com and see if you can license some of their patents.I should be able to assign an extension any Caller ID for which I have ownership to. I was able to do this in the 3CX product prior to moving to RingCentral.

  20. To have the option to conference a call then dial the number and hit conference again to merge instead of placing current call on hold, add new call, then transfer.
