  2. Current customer with Rooms POC in progress asked this question; Impacts all customers with Room Phone Line add-on licenses. SIde note - this is also an issue for my tester account, receiving multiple spam calls to my demo system daily.

  4. We need to have the profile photo synced whenever we send SMS using the same number. Support advised that this is working by design, but it would really benefit us in determining Users who send SMS using the main company number.

  7. There are a lot of UK mobile numbers that say "Destination disabled" when called. The numbers are not included in the list of premium numbers that can be enabled in Billing > Calling rates > Domestic rates in the Admin Portal, like 0748 numbers.The list should be updated so end users can enable the numbers when needed.

Hello,Since the late 1800's (wow over 140 years ago) If someone is on a call the calling parties call would be dropped and they would get a busy signal.Fast foward lae 1970's and Call Waiting was introduced, So callers would get a ringing phone and you the recepiant of the call would here a beeping on your line.Fastward to RingCentrean and now we have this great powerful VOIP system, exepct they left out allot of basic features that have been around since 1800's such as busy signal if the user is on the phone.So I plead with RingCentral and the…

  11. Allow RC AU Account to call using Blocked Caller ID to call AU NumberRC AU Account cannot use blocked caller ID number when making outbound calls to an AU number. The call gives busy tone onset of the call. Call is not hitting system call log.

  16. The customer is experiencing issues making calls using a Maltese number and found out that the number is an IVN. We advised that IVNs are intended for inbound calls only. However, we do not support Maltese MVP GO at the moment. We need this added in future updates and all other countries with no existing MVP GO.
