  4. A way to have the option to leave an automatic voice mail when calling our customers. when we call a customer and we get their voicemail could we then have an option to select the automatic voicemail instead of manually leaving one. This setting would be an option to turn on/off per user

  8. To be able to hold more than 5 active calls on line. With the current platform, customer cannot make any outgoing calls anymore if he has 5 active lines on hold <transfer>. This lead them to wait and being unable to dial out til such time one of the 5 active calls have been transferred.

  13. A small but impactful feature that other systems we've used have is an audio tone/cue when a call is disconnected, whether abruptly or when a call is naturally ended. For anyone using a softphone and using multiple windows on a screen, sometimes it is hard to know if the call was disconnected or if the window is lost somewhere on the screen. Time is spent double checking if a call is still active or not rather than having something notify you appropriately.

  15. How the zap works is when an email comes into a shared mailbox it will cause RingCentral to generate a call from 4101 to 8188. What we would like to happen is when 4101 calls and the person on call answering the 8188 number will hear a custom greeting or VM recording that says something to do with checking the shared mailbox.Maybe a rule on the 8188 Call queue? Wasn't sure if this was possible or multiple ways to do that.

  16. Up until the most recent update, phone numbers separated by period could be dialed in the RC Phone app. Now when trying to dial these numbers, there is just an error message stating that the number is invalid.

When sending a fax the email notification shows the Company Number plus User extension number, customers would like it to show just the User Direct Dial number as that's where the fax is being sent from.It's very confusing for most users as they believe that they have sent the fax, from the main number and not their direct line prompting them to think the return fax will go to the wrong place.
