Pin the left hand column on the display
"Pin" the left-hand column of my users on the phone display to always appear even when on an active call. Many times, I transfer calls to one of these users so it would be beneficial to just "touch" their name on the display verses having to dial their extension.

Customized dialpad in desktop app
When using the dialpad in the application, I should never have to leave that window to perform any normal phone based function. Buttons should be intuitive and common functions should never be hidden under a “…” More button. Most users will never use/need the “Video” function on a voice call and yet it is a central button on screen during a voice call, but the “Transfer” function that is very commonly used by most users is buried under “More”. Add ability for call queues to be added to call monitoring groups
Manager over IT service desk would like to monitor calls that come into a specific call queue and not the individual user extensions (the manager does not want to accidentally monitor a user's personal call).

Ability to hide icons Apps, Phone, Text, and Fax on MVP, Mobile app and browser for FinServ Customers with compliance
This is a new customer and they requested these icons be removed like what they did for Messaging. They use Teams and have a Cisco PBX are do not want these icons as they confuse the end users. They will be using RC for Video and Audio conf but wanted the full Ultimate license so at some point they can from Cisco phones to RC. These icons prove also to be against compliance for many organizations as they don't allow SMS/Text and Messaging (most have Teams and it is locked down internally and with DLP enabled). Microsoft Teams connection to truly follow the calendar
To have Microsoft connection to truly follow the calendar so that when in a meeting it will auto go to a do not disturb and then back to available when out of the meeting. Another nice item would be if it follows the MS Teams so if you are on a general call (it goes red) that it would do the same.

contact sync with desktop handset
It would be a very welcome feature add to have contacts sync with desktop handsets. Currently, when people call, I only see the phone number on the handset display. I have to run a search in my outlook contacts to see if the caller is known.My only options to solve this are to periodically export my entire contact list to a csv, then do a batch upload to my device (a Yealink T46S). Contacts should sync through the ringcentral app. Seems like it shouldn't be that hard. Can you make this happen?

history of direct messages
I would like to be able to expand my history of my direct messages to see most recent to older messages. Reason this would be useful -- if I forget the name of someone I had a direct chat with, I can look back at the list of people and find the person, click on them and the message history will be there.

Can monthly report include name of file faxed?
In the Messages area, I can get a report that includes the name of the file that was sent by fax to a party. But it doesn't appear to be an option to add that data to the monthly report. It would add tremendous value to be able to get the name of the file sent along with the other data in the monthly report. As it is, I have to manually save that info using a cumbersome process. Visual indicator on the desk phone that the call is being recorded
We do not wish to have an audible prompt played that both parties can hear. Hence why we’d like a visual indicator to the end user that the line is recording.

Adjust time on Administration>Message data export to reflect site time zones.
It would make the data easier to understand if the data was not in GMT. If there were an option to select the time zone, or if the data would simply use the time zone of the user/site, that would be excellent.

Block Robcalls on Company numbers
Kelly Services is asking if there is a way to block Robo calls from the company numbers that are assigned to IVR’s and Queues. Customer knows they can set this for the users DID in the user settings. Asked the Product Manager (Dieter Rencken) and this is currently not supported to added this as a feature request.

Have RingCentral App automatically remove SMS conversations when a user Opts Out
Under the new TCR, users are able to opt out of SMS conversations. The RingCentral App should have automation in place to remove or not allow the RingCentral user to responde to that conversation.

DND - Presence Key Notification
When a user enters DND it would be helpful to have the soft presence keys indicate red or some other color when they are on DND so everyone in the office knows that the phone is on DND.
