Update User Presence When Mic is In Use
It would be nice if the application could sense that the mic was in use, to be able to automatically update the Presence to "On a call", or something similar, when on a web meeting outside of Ring. If we are on a meeting with a client, using other products besides Ring (maybe they sent a GoToMeeting, Zoom, etc. link), our user presence still shows Available. It would be nice if the system was able to detect that there was a meeting in progress in another window.

User Shows Available While Waiting for Call to Connect
We have found that the User presence still shows available if somebody is in the process of making a call, but the call has not connected yet. This can be confusing for our Receptionists who are trying to place a call to somebody they believe to be available, who are in the process of trying to call a customer. Mitel phones to have the intercom working while the DND is enabled
Is there any way for the Mitel phones to have the intercom working while the DND is enabled?We can see on the link https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/4604.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_MVP&language=en_US that "The Intercom call is converted into a regular call and will route to the receiving User's voicemail.".-However, customer wants to know if there is a way that it will not go to user's voicemail.

Internal and intercom calls only and no calls outside the account users.
We are a school district, we have dial in intercom system at each school. Currenly anyone can access them from any all areas. We need this to be changed so that only our internal extensions can access the intercoms and we don't want the Mitel phones to recieve calls from outside the account. This was working with Mitel before we migrate to RingCentral

Jabra pro 925 incompatibility issues
I am having an issue with my Jabra Pro 925. It can work with the ring central app but not on a yealink phone. I know that this is not part of the certified list however we know that there a lot of people aside from us who have this headset. Please add this ASAP.

Be able to group members in the call que
In my scenario, I would like the ability to ring multiple users in the que at the same time, but not by selecting "Route calls to members". In other words I would like to ring 2-3 people at the same time and then if no answer move to the next group or user. Just like I can setup in the user extension area. Send recorded VM with one click instead of re-recording every generic VM.
As an optometry company we have to send out generic word by word VMs to any patients that don't answer for things like contacts being picked up. It would be awesome to have a system created where I could record the generic message and save it in RC and then whenever a patient doesn't answer the phone, instead of re-recording every time, I can just push a button and it will send out the pre-recorded message. That would save a lot of time with the amount of people being called in a day.

It would be useful and user-friendly if we can BLOCK faxes and texts FROM the app and from the item. Something similar to the ability (preferably easier) to what we can do for unwanted callers.

Ability to see RingCentral user directory in Dynamics 365 RC App
We have integrated RingCentral with Dynamics 365 so our team members can answer calls directly inside Dynamics 365. When using the RingCentral app to transfer a call internally we can search anyone in the RingCentral directory. Unfortunately, we cannot do this when transferring a call while using the RingCentral app inside Dynamics 365. It only allows us to see personal contacts or contacts that are inside Dynamics 365. It would be awesome if we could see the RingCentral directory while using the app inside Dynamics 365. Right now we have to do a manual import of all data each day…

Add initiator name when paging a group
When a user pages a group it displays the group name on the recipients phone, no one knows who is initiating the page. We use this feature as a PANIC button and so it is important to know who is initiating the page.
