  1. We have Ringcentral account based in US. Currently, users outside US need a Standard International dialing role just to dial/call local within its location (outside of location where account is based) because if we assign Standard dialing role, the user won't be able to dial/call externally but can ONLY call within RingCentral.

  4. The announcement is disruptive to the call. I would like to be able to configure controls to allow, disallow, or change the recording mute announcement. I would like to do this on either only the other end, or both ends of the call.

  5. We are looking for a change log in RC. We are needing to see what was deleted or changed, etc. We are aware of the audit trail but we need a change log of any changes made on the account, for example, changes on extensions information or roles, along with anything deleted or modified in the logs.

  7. Currently only Key 3 onwards can be changed, however where users are working with lower end Poly phones such as the VVX150, there are only 2 keys and both are reserved for the extension line.Please can we make Key 2 programmable for other extensions or pickup groups?

  11. As per The customer having a key presses option under that voicemail will allow customer to choose if they are on a emergency situation and that key presses will be directed to a 24 hour customer service.

  12. We would like to request the option to bulk delete voicemails, texts, call recordings, faxes etc.. and for them to sync with the phone from the app to the phone when bulk deleting.

  13. Separate the notification switch for missed calls, voicemails, faxes and texts on the mobile app so we can choose which notification appears on the phone rather than being shown notifications we don't want to see.

I have a customer that is in the banking industry and needs the ability for tellers to originate outbound calls from the desktop RC app on their PC, but have it dial out from their desktop phone. The tellers aren't allowed to wear headsets, so they need a solution where they initiate the call from the desktop app, and then the call dials out from their desktop phone (as they will have the desktop phone to their ear).

  15. As of right now RingCentral allows any user given HUD access in the RC Desktop APP to add any extension in the company (including executive staff). Allowing them to easily see the names of callers, recipients and length of call. This must be addressed.

  18. One items we find often is complaints from customers that voicemails were not returned. Our old system was REALLY bad at handling these (Mitel/Shoretel on premise), you had to dig through engineering logs to try and pull out of a wav file was created and you could tell when the file was deleted, but not by which extension, etc, etc. Telling it was created (even with Brightmetrics as an add on product which was a great product) was difficult and time consuming. So it would be nice to add these features, and you could create a lock for the account…

  19. At times we have staff that call department queues. We can't pick a queue from the telephone presence selections, so we need to create an extension that forwards to that queue as a work around. It would be nice to be able to just select a queue as a button option. It would also be nice to be able to use "Call Monitoring" and "Pickup" buttons in the same way.   20. I've seen some users like the ring out option vs. the mobility app (we could try and steer users that way). The downsides to the feature that I think would be greatly improved are as follows, this is VERY similar to the Mitel/Shoretel Extension Assignment feature, but is just a little more simple of a feature. 1. Allow dialing internally to extensions. I can work around it now with a menu and external number that staff use first to connect and then finish with their cell phone, etc. 2.
