Hi teamCan we add a filter button on the download all numbers so that the customer can select which area code or location of the numbers they want to download?It seems that the only option on the Phone system tab > Phone numbers > All numbers > 3 dots is the download all numbers and no option for the customer to choose which numbers they would like to download.

With the importance of CNAM and OB Caller ID, having the ability to:1) visually see Caller ID field data for each site as a column under Admin Portal > Phone System > Company Information2) have the ability to export Caller ID field data by site for an overview to know if the Caller ID needs to be updated based on company changes or acquisitions.

  6. Pressing One to answer should be optional. This is an unnecessary and in many cases unwanted step. It also can be dangerous because in many cases because often calls forward to a driver who has to press one while driving.

  16. RingCetral number reflecting when being dialed then connects to call queue then being answerred by the external number, right now when we call our RingCentral number that was connected to call queue then being transferred to external number it still shows the caller phone number.

  18. It would be extremely useful to have a new user automatically added to existing user's HUD automatically. This would ensure that all users can quickly contact a new user and not have to worry about manually adding them.

  19. Customer is requesting the ability send and receive MMS messaged within the SF adapter. They are currently testing out the integration and will be deploying it to many users and discovered that MMS (mainly images) are not supported. They need this capability as they need to receive images from their field workers and customer on the status or issue with one of the Culligan Water products. Culligan has been a great customer and continues to expand domestically and globally with a recent addon of locations in the US and Europe (over $1M TCV addon).

  20. Last 10 years we used xphone with the teampanel. (its like the HUD of RingCentral). It would be a great improvement if the shared status shown in the HUD directly.
