  1. ... (unapproved) within the RC App. In the Corporate world information integration is tightly controlled by Policy and Regulation. The ability for end user's to integrate personal accounts in to a Company provided system allows users to easily move information to and from these systems, bypassing security measures, violating Policy and Regulation.There needs to be a simple authorization configuration for any integration or App installation that is done by the end user.

  4. Customer should have an option to choose monthly subscription online. Preventing the system from locking into annual FAX plan and charging their card in one full year in advance.

  5. currently the export reports ran in RC app by admins fall off automatically after 30 days. Admins would like to be able to delete those export reports manually before the 30 days mark.

  7. Cisco Jabber recognises your location based on network info. If it's not a network it recognises, it asks you to define a new location. For example, if you're working 2 days in the office 3 days at home, then once you've added those two locations, it automatically recognises where you if the app uses that location to set the emergency location then it saves the user having to do it manually every time they log in and they can't make a mistake.

When setting a task for a team member, currently they are not "pinged".We have many "teams" set up with multiple members on each team.It would be most helpful when assigning a task, the team member the task is assigned to is notified rather than just having to periodically checking tasks throughout the day. Sometimes the task could be completed within a few minutes however it may be hours or the next day before the team member checks tasks.Currently if a team member is mentioned in a team, they are notified.   9. Our workflow requires simultaneous ringing for our offices so any available rep can pick up the incoming calls. Currently, the only way to do this is with a ring group designating the main lines for the offices as the extension. When the calls are answered thru the extension for the main number you can not tell which rep answered the call only that the extension was answered. This causes constant confusion for forwarding other calls because part of our reps are remote and can't tell who is on the phone. When we set up call queues to try and fix…

  10. I need to be able to train agency staff on the use of RC app and troubleshoot as problems arise. It is very challenging now, due to the fact that when you share your screen when in an RC app meeting you are unable to actually share the RC app itself. Therefore the meeting participants cannot see what I am doing.

  12. We have 2 virtual numbers we have parked so we can get any possible calls from those lines we no longer advertise. However they are visible to users to use them as a line to make an outbound calls with all the apps with RingCentral. We do not want these lines to be visible at all.We would like an option to mark them to be ion bound only and not selectable for outbound. They are tied to the main IVR.

  13. We have a folder in our Messages list for "Providers". Within this folder there are 40+ providers we regularly work with. As of now, there is no way to sort this list. It would be nice to be able to sort them alphabetically so you could quickly locate a provider's team/group.

  14. Allow the user the ability to mute or change the volume for RC App, whilst in a RCV meeting so that the notification sound does not disturb the meeting. Similar to auto Do Not Disturb when screen sharing in a meeting, but not complete DND, only allow the volume or type to be changed when not screen sharing

  15. Please allow a Voicemail PIN number to contain repeating or sequential digits. It is easier to remember a PIN number if that is 4 digits only or if it is repeating numbers like 17777 or 1666.

  16. We have a group of Guest Experience Liaisons. When sending Text messages to our Guests, we want the text message to come from the group/team rather than an individual so that when the guest responds, the message appears for the entire group and not just the individual who sent to text message.

  17. In the admin portal on our number we can decide if we accept "call and fax", "call only" of "fax only". Should be cool the include text message so we can enable or disable text message from some number (like our master number)

  19. We have highly credentialed employees that want their credentials to appear in their screen name when in RC meetings with clients. Right now they have to add their credentials to their screen name for every single meeting. If they could permanently change their screen name, it would save them time!
