Check Network Connectivity Through the App
RC features requires an extensive list of servers that the endpoint need to be able to reach to work properly. It would be easier to troubleshoot network connectivity related problems if there was an inbuilt connectivity status check tool or a separate app which we could download to check on the end users device. It would be easier than checking each IP individually for possible restrictions in the gateway device or the device itself.

Open/View Cases from App
Access to certain support areas are available through this app, but you are not able to access RingCentral Support to navigate to “Support Case Online” to open or check case status from the app; unless you do it by the browser.

Notification via call to an external number for new voice mails
Use case: Patients leave voice mail to the extension of the doctor on call. Doctor may or may not be running RC app on the phone. Need a way to notify the doctor, by calling the doctor at the mobile number and at least announce there is a new voice mail.

Add option to dock the app somewhere on screen.
Other phone applications I have used allow the user to dock the app somewhere on screen which I greatly appreciated. It was convenient and made certain app features much more visible. This seems like a "no-brainer".

Option for outside US customers to be excluded in content blocking of SMS carrier.
under certain circumstances, customers operating outside the US should be excluded by the US Federal Law prohibiting certain content that should be used as to why the customer is having issues with SMS.

Autocorrect
Autocorrect for the RingCentral Desktop app (I'm on Mac). It would benefit everyone...it's the only app on I have my computer that doesn't autocorrect, which is a pain while using Glip.

Alert for when someone is on hold for extended time
It would be great to have an option to ring the phones back let's say after someone has been on hold for 1 or 2 minutes. In case they have been forgotten about or just as a simple reminder.

Blocking calls after hours for cell but not physical phone/desktop app
The afterhours option is great. I want to use the phone app, but don't want work calls afterhours. The problem is this is a global setting. So if I am working late at the office, I can't get calls unless I remember to turn off the afterhours. It would be great to have the after hours seperated between mobile app (so I don't get calls outside the office) and physical phone/desktop (so I can get calls if I am working late)

Add condition to custom call handling: internal vs. external calls
Users may like the ability to have internal calls routed differently from external calls. For instance, having the ability to use this condition would allow a user to have all linked phones ring for a colleague, but only have the desk phone ring for a client.

Stop getting a call once a user receives a call from call queue and transitioned to video call.
We suggest to have an option that prevents a user from getting another call once he received a call from call queue and transitioned the call to a video call.

We experienced an event where multiple fax confirmation email was received and it was not initiated by anyone in the office.We were hoping to block any emails from a different source. Ex. allow emails from Outlook only, Google, Etc.

Conversation-Specific Notifications on Mobile App
Right now (at least on iOS), all chat notifications from RingCentral are grouped under a single notification group, regardless of which contacts are involved.For iOS's native text message app, each conversation is a separate group of notifications. This is much better, since someone glancing at their notifications doesn't need to sift through all the messages to find the one conversation they cared about.

Please allow the selection of multiple call queues and multiple users in the filters of the portal admin call logs
Scenario:
A site administrator wants to see and download the calls logs for all the queues he is manager of in a single file
A user group manager wants to see and download the call logs for all the users he managesCurrently, the call logs are separated and the system only allow to view or dowload the calls one queue at a time, or on euser at a time.See attached screenshot
Change required: please allow the selection of multiple call queues or users in the filter of the call logs.
