  1. When checking voicemail you have the ability to initiate a return phonecall, send a Ring Central Message and delete the voicemail. You can also do other options but not create a SMS Text message. The "Message" window is misleading and scammy because it doesn't initiate instant communication, rather, it's a marketing tool for the user to sell ringcentral to someone who doesn't have it already.     Thanks for sharing this idea! We’re excited to let you know that you can now forward all queue calls during a holiday, closure, or emergency. This feature allows you to route incoming queue calls to voicemail, an announcement, or another extension or group. You can even create a custom schedule for forwarding queue calls.

  5. Administrators need to be able to determine which Cost Center triggered a CCP so that they can bill it back to the site assigned to this cost center. Some organizations have 100s of sites and therefore 100s of Cost Centers.

  6. Admin would like to request an option to set the agent login option and remove all of the others in the RC app. They would like to disable the options that are not used by their company. "Is there anyway to disable the other login options of our RingCentral app? We use the username and password option. If we could customize the installation to only show the username and password option or if that was at least the default option it would be easier for our user's."

  8. When I am searching for another user in the Dial pad it currently just brings them up and all i can do is click the name to call. It would be nice if we could see the status, so if the person is already on the phone or offline we know before initiating a call with them.

  9. Attached I have a text chat with 4 URLs in it. For some reason RC is only parsing one of them as a URL. The rest behave as plain text. Position in the message doesn't seem to matter either, if the .org URL is in the middle of a message it will still be parsed as a URL and RC will create a hyperlink for it. Since .pvt is not a valid TLD but is a valid URL for our company I think it would be better if anything that started with http was parsed for a valid URL and…

  13. If others use the home computer that I use (I am a therapist who works from home), it would be great to have a passcode for the app itself so even if others can access the computer, they can't access the app.

  14. The ability to set a different call recording announcement for internal and external calls.Reasoning here is that internal team members already know that calls are recorded and why. Having the same call recording announcement whenever an internal call is made or when a call is being transferred internally slows things down and becomes frustrating for team members.This is particularly an issue for Redmayne Bentleys traders where time is of the essence when making these calls.

  15. There should be total control of what kind of notifications users receive when there are changes made to their account. In my environment there should not be an email sent out to everyone that is part of a call monitoring group any time there is a change made. There should not be any notification when a role is changed. That responsibility to inform the user should solely belong to us, the Administrators and Supervisors. It's caused a bit of a panic amongst our users when emails, unbeknownst to us are sent out to them regarding changes we've made.
