  1. You can edit call forwarding options at a user level, by dragging and dropping them around. However on the phone system itself you cannot re-order custom IVR answering rules.We are a new customer, and currently there are no bank holiday rules in there. If we added these they would conflict with other rule timings. In order for this to work we have been advised we would need to delete all our live rules, put the bank holiday rule in and then re-add all the rest.We should be able to drag and drop these rules around without the need for deleting…

  2. We desperately need the ability to have multiple queues and as a call makes it way through those queues that the queues the call had passed continues to ring as it adds the second queue then the third queue. I assume this isnt an option based on conversation and research.

  3. We've been getting a ton of spam calls that have their caller ID blocked, so there's no way to reject those calls. I think having a global (account-wide) anonymous caller rejection is a great option.

If a user imports their entire personal contact directory and then later you would like to clear the personal directory out (in case you want to transfer the number/account to a different user for example), it is not possible to simply delete the entire list or to even select more than one contact at once (on desktop or mobile!)

  7. You need to download the fax before you can open on PDF of another app to edit the fax. On the old RC app, you could automatically open fax in PDF app. It's helpful because it would eliminate the step of downloading the file.

  9. The new RingCentral Video does not support filtering Meetings to only those I'm hosting. The RingCentral Meetings does support this. This makes finding my meetings simple and should be available with RingCentral Video.

  11. It would be a great feature if, instead of only being able to send a text message as a broadcast also being able to create a page or broadcast to each phone. Somewhat like an "amber alert" so if there is an emergency in the building we can share that with the entire staff.

  13. I am not sure why you took this feature away in the latest release, but it was an absolutely terrible idea. It is so important to have recent text messages on the same phone panel without have to switch back and forth. You need to bring this feature back, it is making my life 10x harder trying to get through calls

  14. Text messages should have an ability to set an away message, similar to that of an email or changing your voicemail greeting, that will automatically respond to newly received messages. Our employees need a way to let their customers know they are not available if they are out of the office and intentionally disconnected. Without this feature we are constantly having to monitors each others phone lines and it is cluttered and in some cases intrusive.

  15. I would like to see the Calendar removed from Workspace area and available as a direct menu option on the left within the desktop app. There is plenty of room for added menu items on the left and this would benefit people that use the calendar frequently. thanks

  17. It would be great to be able to assign/forward/make notes on a specific voicemail so that once you listen to it, you can tie an action item/team member/date/task to the actual voicemail. Currently adding tasks/messages/notes among team members seems confusing. Sometimes they only belong to you, other places they go to the team, but there is no way to follow up with a specific VM or client.

  18. When an employee leaves the company, it would be very helpful to have the option as the admin to copy all the faxes, messages, and files to another employee that would be taking over the role until the position is filed.

  19. The request is to enable the use of Custom Fields and have attribute mapping with Active Directory integration in order to push data into those fields from AD. This will require RingCentral to expose the variables for custom fields similar to other attributes that can be mapped today with AD.
