  4. The request is to be able to access user data from the Phone System Tab, Select the site where the user resides and have a menu option to show the users only for this site. For example, the menu bar would indicate the following: General Info, Address, Caller ID Name, Directory Assistance, Users. This would streamline administration for customers with a large number of sites. The current way to access users in a multi-site customer is via the Users Menu Tab.

  5. Right now Admins can still see who calls all lines, the ability to designate a line completely anonymous would be benficial.

  7. We'd like to know when we have high volumes of calls waiting to be answered. This will allow us to put more staff into the group to pickup calls. This would be better than getting voicemails after they have waited 15 minutes

  8. Presence feature is only for RingCentral numbers. Hoping to add external numbers to show on phone's screen for Presence. Or if possible, speed dial numbers can be added to show in phone's screen.

    Sending feedback in behalf of from one of our partners/resellers. The current issue is that a call queue member can receive calls from a contact that they have stored on their mobile devices, and not know if the call was to their own DID/EXT or to the queue. As the missed calls from a queue show in the user’s call log, and the contacts stored translate the call log entries (stripping the queue name from the entry) a user does not know if the call was to themselves or the queue.

  11. In Call handling, you should be able to forward your phone to another users ext, and have it ring to that persons mobile/desktop app. Currently it only rings to a physical phone.

  13. In the Live Reports, there should be a report for # of voicemail. In the Performance Reports, there should be a KPI for VM Redirects. That way, the redirects VMs can be compared side-by-side with the actual voicemails so users and admins can easily find out how many people are hanging up instead of leaving a voicemail.

  14. The old windows RingCentral App that is about to be retired has a very pleasing Smart Phone like text messaging that the new RingCentral App does not offer. Please allow for the New RingCentral App to be configured by the user so the user only sees what they want to see. I for one only want to see the customers message on the left of a screen with a unique background color and my texts on the right of the screen in a different background color.   15. I have found that the IVR text to speech is useful and effective. It would be helpful if we could use this same text to speech function for other messages in RingCentral. Examples:Custom voicemail greetingsCustom connection messagesAnywhere that RingCentral allows you to record a custom message, those are places where text to speech would be useful

  19. On RC Classic: When you open a task to edit it, you are able to click and hold a corner button that allows expansion of the field. This feature does not exist in the new app. Why it's useful: When you have a lot more information to add to a task than just a few sentences, it becomes tedious to have to scroll through the tiny window to see what I've been typing.
