Ability to only show company contacts when searching for name to call
When added to an outside-of-company group team as a guest and when I search for a name to call from the dial pad, it also shows the guest contacts from the said team. It would be helpful to only show company contacts instead of guests for easy search.

Ring Groups ringing desk phone, desktop, and mobile app
Ring groups can currently ring our deskphones and we can add external cell phones for staff away from the desk. Since we are becoming mobile we are transitioning away from desk phones. We would like the desktop and mobile app to take calls. We need the mobile app and desktop since we need to use the site number for caller ID to place calls.My example we have a ring group 3065 created in our account the first group is the desk phones that always ring. After hours we add external cell phones to the ringing and they work fine but…

Call Queue Accept Notification

Ability to report call issues on all major carriers to the US (AT&T, Verizon, T- Mobile ETC.)This will be a great help to customers and support, especially in investigating an issue to resolve an issue.Or a hyperlink inside the admin portal that will redirect you to the support site of major carriers so that we can create a ticket for those carriers.

Allow logging in with message-only extension using the desktop/web applications.
We are only allowed to login using the message-only extension credentials with the mobile app/admin portal. It will be very helpful if we can log in with the desktop/web app.

Report in Admin portal that shows usage exclusively in SMS and toll-free minutes bundles
We need a report in admin portal that shows the excess usage in the plan inclusions so we can determine the SMS and toll-free number that best fits our needs. We currently have toll-free minutes bundle and we would love to know how much of it are we utilizing on a monthly basis

Salesforce Plug in Dial tone when customer hangs up
SFDC Plug in doesn't warn the users, if their customers hang up the phone. In RC app users receive a dial tone/ring tone when the other party hangs up, can this be also added to SFDC plug in?

Stop SMS from sending on customer on campaign
It would be useful if there is a place on the online account where we can add the number of the customers who opted out with the SMS to stop sending SMS to the particular customer

Forward to a number on RingCentral account that is pending Port in.
when a number is in the process of porting, we are not able to forward to that number because the system sees it as a RingCentral number but it is not because it hasn't ported. We sometimes need to forward to a line which hasn't ported yet and can't. Please correct this. Thanks

Idea: Is to have a clone button to use to clone users, queues, ect that have the same or almost the same information so it can be easier to set up. Currently there is a clone button for ringcx but would like a clone button on MVP as well.

RC Messaging - “Notify me when available”.
Skygen (Jake) wanted to chat with someone who was off-line at the time. In Teams, he would right-click on the person’s name and select, “Notify me when available”. I spend a couple minutes looking for it, but didn’t find how to do a similar function in RC on the MVP side of the house

Notify sender AND recipient of blocked robocalls
If RC is blocking transmission of calls or faxes because it determines that they are robocalls, both the sender and the intended recipient should be made aware that they are not going through. That way, the sender can contact the intended recipient directly if it is a direct or important transmission, and the intended recipient has the opportunity to "white list" the number. Example: I am a medical doctor and a laboratory has been blocked from sending me faxes, which may actually be important patient results!

Adjust the status for multiple call queues.
I think it would be beneficial to have an option to have different statuses for different call queues. For example if you have an employee who is in 2 different departments if they were able to adjust their status for one to be available and to be on DND for the other. This would benefit us as some of our employees are "fluid" and may be directed to one department more than the other on certain days.

DTMF options available on queue's
I have 5 team members in our Support call queue. when all of us are on the phone it would be nice to have an interruption asking for a call back number to be received in order in which they called, or DTMF options from my research.
