Fix time zone in Call UII and #CALL_DTS# token in RingCX's Recordings Delivery process
The RingCX Recordings Delivery feature allow for the file name to contain token #CALLDTS#, which is "The date and time a call took place". This date/time value is the Eastern Time. Our company is in Central Time zone as specified in the config settings in Ring Central. I understand the #CallDTS# value is taken from the Call UII. Both values should match the time zone specified in the company settings config.

One of our franchise operators wants to assign a Ring Central number to his administrative assistant. This person's phone number is +63998-***-XXXX which appears to be in the Philippines. The email address is x.xxxxxx@xxxxxx.com. He wants this person to be assigned a number with a 407 area code. Can I do this?

Detailed call reporting with the recipient's carrier, country and caller ID name
We need a batch carrier/line‑type (LRN) and CNAM lookup for the attached list of external numbers dialed from our RingCentral account.
What we need returned per number:
• Current Serving Carrier (OCN if available)
• Line Type (e.g., mobile, landline, fixed/non‑fixed VoIP, toll‑free)
• Caller Name (CNAM), if supported
• Country (assume US unless otherwise indicated)Input attached: uniqueoutboundnumbers.csv with columns DialedDigits, DialedNumber. This would help us calculate precise % of outbound dials to mobile vs. non‑mobile.

Requesting enhancement of the RingCentral Audit Trail to include site‑level Caller ID changes, such as modifications made under individual multi‑site configurations.
Current Behavior
The Audit Trail currently logs Caller ID changes only at:The company-level Caller ID Name settings.
The extension-level Outbound CallerID settings.This is documented in the Audit Trail change tracking matrix, which shows that Caller ID changes under Company Info (within a site) have exceptions and are not fully logged, while company-level Caller ID Name is logged. [university...entral.com]

Site‑Level Call Recording Filtering for RingCentral Archiver
Enable the ability to filter call recordings by site before they are forwarded to RingCentral Archiver, allowing customers to archive recordings from specific sites only, instead of all recordings at the account level.
Allow admins to:

Ability to restrict calls to any destination
We have the ability to restrict calls to all international countries, however we do not have the capability of restricting calls to Canada. There should be some customization in this so that customers can restrict as they please

AI Notes on call monitoring for RingEX
When we start monitoring the call and click the AI Notes, the transcription will not start. I contacted support and was advised that this feature is only possible with RingCX.
This is a benificial feature that users who monitors the phone call can use.

Just want to receive call notes only for calls that are routed to a specific user extension regardless whoever user answers it.
We have call groups set up to a user extension and I only want to receive call notes for the calls that came in to this extension regardless of whoever the user within the group answers the call.
But I don't to set up call notes notification to all of the user extensions that are part of the call group because I don't want to receive call notes when their direct numbers or extensions are dialed.

Business SMS Booster (Shared SMS Inbox) Functionality on RingCentral Mobile App
Our organization actively uses the Business SMS Booster feature, and it works well within the RingCentral Desktop App, where the Shared SMS Inbox is fully accessible.
However, the Shared SMS tab does not appear on the RingCentral Mobile App, preventing users from accessing or responding to shared SMS messages while away from their computer.Please enable full support for the Business SMS Booster / Shared SMS Inbox on the RingCentral Mobile

Implement a specialized Department Voicemail Broadcast IVR that allows a manager to record a message and instantly broadcast it to a specific department's members. The recipients should then be able to easily acknowledge the message or immediately call the manager back.
The manager calls a dedicated Department Broadcast IVR (e.g., a specific extension or phone number).
Recording: After selecting a department, the manager is prompted to record a message.
Broadcast: Upon hanging up (or confirming the message), the recorded message is immediately distributed to all members of the selected department/group.

Licence consumption restricted to locations
Anyone who has the right to add users and groups can assign licences from ALL cost centres. So e.g. a site admin can choose any license of any location/cost centre. The expectation would be that only the licences for the location are visible and accessible.
There is no check to ensure that only cost centres for a location for which you are authorised as a site administrator may be used - and thus only licenses assigned to this cost centre
