  1. TTS is avaiable in an IVR, for the personal extension you only can use either the default section oder you can record and upload a prompt. You can input directly as text and have this as TTS. There are several occasions where this is beneficial for an end user to swiflty change prompts.

  2. Other providers like Intermedia allow their users to have Ext. 112. Since this is not an emergency number for North America and Canada, customers should be allowed to use this number within the said territories.

  6. Currently, RingCentral EU and RingCentral UK primarily offer fixed-line (landline) numbers to their customers. This feature request proposes the expansion of the offerings to include the ability for customers in the EU and UK to acquire and utilize mobile phone numbers directly through the RingCentral platform.

    Proposed Solution:

    RingCentral should develop the infrastructure and partnerships necessary to allow customers in the EU and UK to:
    1. Acquire mobile phone numbers: Through the RingCentral portal, similar to the current process for acquiring fixed-line numbers.

If RC Admin Portal has the ability to see a phones IP address, it would be immensely helpful to have the phones local IP in the form of a URL in a column next to the MAC address under Phones & Devices > User Phones. Of course, the URL would only be usable if connected to the same network as the phone but would still save the time of using other methods to derive the IP.

  14. Editing Fax Cover Page
    Need to be able to edit the cover page on the fax.
    Our company cover page keeps disappearing and when added back to the cover pages, it cannot be edited, nothing can be added to it. Can't even add an optional note when sending the fax. Please fix ASAP.

  18. Currently when uploading a list of external shared contacts they appear in All contacts and Company contacts. It would be much more useful if once uploaded these external shared contacts could be added to a new group for instance Vendor Contacts, Outside Sales Rep Cell Phones, etc... that could be shared with all phone system users.

    May we please add a popup that warns people when changing their Presence status their deskphones will now reboot?

    Some Customers lose internet connectivity to their computers via daisy chain when this occurs, which can cause issues such as data loss or remote desktop disconnects.
