The customer wanted to remove restrictions and limitations of Park location extensions.
They want to remove the following limitations of Park location extensions.
Create up to 100 Park location groups. Call Park isn’t supported for outbound calling to another extension in your system. Call Park is only supported for warm transfers on desk phones that support the Call Park softkey. You can park 50 calls simultaneously. The default timeout value for Call Park, Public Call Park, and Park Locations is five minutes. You can park a call to a Park Location Group’s extension, but not to a specific user extension.4 votes -
Call queue voicemail should be received by all the user extensions device/physical phone
When someone is leaving a voicemail to the call queue they wanted that the voicemail should be receive by other extension device as well not a notification with attachment and not using the shared voicemail since the users will also getting the Voicemail of the primary extension and they should be notify when the voicemail is coming from the Call queue on each devices user extension profile.

BT Feature Request: BT Poly Edge E450 Firmware Update
DND Feature for BT Poly Edge E450 is not working with Firmware version 8.2.2.1176. When update to 8.2.3.0844 DND works but it keeps reverting back to 8.2.2.1176.

Call Recording Access for Queue Overflow Calls
When a queue call has gone to the overflow queue and was answered by a member of the overflow queue, the user has no access to the call recording.
It would be helpful to add an option to grant overflow member (who answered the call) access to the recording of overflow call.

Do we have the capability within RingCentral to facilitate a single login for multiple users? This requirement is for the Operations team. We prefer not to have multiple numbers, as we expect both inbound and outbound calls to be managed through a single number, which will be handled by the available team member.

Allow manually entering time for schedules and 24 hour time
Need the ability to manually type in the time on schedules. The current drop-down menus are cumbersome and inefficient.
Ideal functionality would allow me to input any time, such as "7:50 PM" (instead of being limited to either "7:45 PM or "8 PM").
Also inputting times in the 24 hour format needs to be supported. For example, inputting "1950" would be interpenetrated as "7:50 PM" and "0730" would be interpenetrated as "7:30 AM".These changes would greatly improve the speed and workflow of inputting schedules, since we don't have a central schedule repository that can be applied to various items…
