  4. With various models of Yealink devices, customers are unable to sync their Google directory from the devices' GUI. Steps to replicate :
    - log into GUI
    - Go to Directory
    - click on Google Contacts
    - Turn on Google Contacts
    - sign in using the code provided
    - Select a google account
    Result: error message that says this app is blocked by Google
    Google advised our customers that this happens when a third-party application does not comply with Google's security standards and the system prevents access to protect data

  12. DELETE MULTIPLE CHAT MESSAGES - Chat Messages are limited to 60 messages per folder. It would be helpful if we could delete multiple chats at a time.

  13. Desired Behavior: Customer John calls User Suzie -> User Suzie "Conference Calls" with User Bill & Customer John at the same time -> User Suzie hangs up while User Bill and Customer John continue to speak.

    There are no available options for this right now.

    We are aware of Conference Calls; but that doesn't allow User Suzie to hang up and leave the others chatting.

    We are aware of the warm transfer, but that puts the customer on hold while User Suzie and User Bill speak.

  15. We want to have the option to route the call from Main Company Number to an User Extension then to a 3rd party number without seconds delay.

    It may seems that this option might be helpful for seamless transaction rather than moving to a 3rd party company to complete this request.

  16. Limited Extension + Hot Desk Device

    When a regular user extension log to this type of device, it should show the digital line of the user and the not the phone number of the limited extension. There should be an option to select the phone number that will show up on the phone screen.

  17. The Customer wants to import his contact list from CallTools to us, the same information what's shown on their end.
    Unfortunately, It's not accepting the import file coming from CallTools. We've tried to adjust the export file from RingCentral and put the details there, but to no success.

  18. Currently we only record inbound calls for the service department at each of our locations. The managers spot listen to customer calls for training purposes. The current filtering of the Call Log is quite limiting for this purpose. It would be helpful if additional filters were added to include location, department and if there is a recording attached to the call.

  19. Adding speed dial on presence without the system adding 1 or 0 to the number. When adding a number to the presence, it automatically adds 1 (US) or 0 (UK), need a feature where it doesn't automatically adjust the number.

  20. As an ADMIN, I need to set up Message Only Extensions (like there is a bad weather event) and I may not be able to record a greeting if it is noisy.

    Please replicate your existing "Text To Speech" system to allow us to have TTS for message only extensions.
