Looking for the ability to change how call information is displayed for calls transferred from a call queue directly to an agent. Currently there is no option to remove the call queue name. If an agent is part of the call queue they think it is a queue call not a direct call to themselves.

Deleting Site should also delete the extensions, IVRs, queues, cost centers, etc.
To have the option to delete extensions, IVRs, queues, cost centers, etc. once the site has been deleted.

Feature Request : 1 Yealink Base with Multiple Yealink Handsets to Ring Sequentially.
Details : Want to have the ability to set the sequence of how a call routes to 1 base with multiple handsets paired.
Significance of the feature : To be able to maximize the wireless capability of the yealink cordless phone.
Current behavior : No option to change the forwarding setting of a handsets that's paired to a single base station.

Company Cloud Recording File List
currently, Under Role permissions, the Meeting section has the option "Company Cloud Recording File List". We would like to allow Site admins to view Meeting cloud recording file list for their sites only. Currently, turning on "Company Cloud Recording File List" allows site admins to see the list for the entire company. Please change this feature from entire company to site. Thanks.
