Emergency Message / Announcement
Ability to record and play a message for callers to hear when any phone number in their RC Office account is dialed before moving on to the "normal" call flow logic for that phone number.
Customers have found a new need to play recorded emergency information to new callers on a variety of phone numbers in their RC Office account due to the current pandemic. It is a monumental task right now given an account that has several hundred or thousands of phone numbers with varying degrees of call flow logic.

Provide visibility to customers into how many recorded calls they have in their account
For Customer that use RingCentral Call Recording, there is no visibility on how many recorded calls they have against their 100,000 recorded call limit.
The request is to provide something in Service Web that shows the Admin exactly how many recorded calls there are in the system at any point in time. This should also include added detail on where those recordings exist and the age.4 votes -
Ability to have Administrator level control of user preferences within the RC App
Lumentum would like the ability to define user preferences at an admin level, currently it must be done at the user level. This includes the ability to disable calling at a specific user (rather than system wide), this is huge for Lumentum and stated that Zoom provides them with funcationality, defining meeting settings, notifications and the ability to enable @Team notifications by the admin and not the Team owner.

Add Names Against Caller ID Options
AMA Group will have 50+ queues in their account and agents will be part of multiple queues. When the queue members dial out from the RC App, they need an easy way to select the Caller ID of the queue. Current method relies on queue members remembering which number they want to select from the list of company numbers and 50+ queues. It would be way more efficient if each number had a name associated with it to easily locate the required number

Feature Ask - Keyword Search within Contact Details
Client is asking for more data in the contact details to able to search when using the global search or when using the search field in the contacts.Currently you can only use first name, last name and phone number to look for a contact – either it be personal or corporate contact.Add new fields for a contact as per the next slide and make these fields searchable in the search engine.I have suggested notes, Skills and Location as additional fields.Alternatively it would be sufficient to have the possibility to include custom field which can be used alread today as above…

MMS for RingCentral for Salesforce app
Customer is requesting the ability send and receive MMS messaged within the SF adapter. They are currently testing out the integration and will be deploying it to many users and discovered that MMS (mainly images) are not supported. They need this capability as they need to receive images from their field workers and customer on the status or issue with one of the Culligan Water products. Culligan has been a great customer and continues to expand domestically and globally with a recent addon of locations in the US and Europe (over $1M TCV addon).

Ability to configure Intercom feature AND Extension Number under Presence Keys
With the 22.3 release of "Custom Key Layout Support for Mitel and Poly phones", additional features are available that can be selected under Presence Keys. One of these is an intercom feature (which simply speed dials *85). Unfortunately, users cannot include the actual extension that they want to program onto the phone, thus forcing them to try and remember extension numbers. This requested feature can be prevalent within the smaller Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, FinServ and Retail spaces.

Inbound SMS queues on MVP (like textel but internal)
I understand we have a gap-filler with textel, however, having this native to our solution would benefit countless customers. Ability to download/export RingSense call recordings
Gong only seems to allow us to share the URL of a recorded meeting but I would like to download/export the call. I'm hoping the new RingSense product will allow download/export as a standard feature.

Add "Unsend" support to RingCentral SMS
Use case: People make mistakes when typing and texting. Feature request: Add an "Unsend" button in RingCentral SMS that will pull a message back into its draft form. The "Unsend" button should be available for ~5 seconds before disappearing.Value to customers: This will make communication easier and more natural for customers, giving them time to revise and update what they say.Competitive: "Unsend" is already widely adopted in email platforms today. Block call recording for two party consent states
This should be based on a list of area codes from states that require two party consent for call recordings. On Avaya, we had the ability to add area codes to exclude in the acr.properties file. Whenever a call came in, the number would be checked and if the area code was in the acr.properties file, then the call would NOT be recorded.
Also, I am referring to this feature being setup on the RC MVP (RC UC) and not the RC Contact Center (RC CC) platform. Within the RCCC, a Studio script can be written that will also exclude…
