  1. Other phone applications I have used allow the user to dock the app somewhere on screen which I greatly appreciated. It was convenient and made certain app features much more visible. This seems like a "no-brainer".

  2. This feature would help enforce Caller ID setups and make sure they are always set to their appropriate Caller ID whether it is their direct line, a company caller ID or something else. This would apply to the extension settings in the website, and RC and RC phone apps. This would also prevent "curious" users from creating issues by dialing from someone else's Caller ID

  3. We are a healthcare facility and we only allow our Medical Records staff to fax out. I'm shocked RC doesn't have this capability. Yes, I've tried turning the number type from 'voice and fax' to only 'voice' - this only prevents what the number can receive, not send out. I've also tried using the role to block fax settings, but this only blocks exactly what it say... the fax settings, not actual faxing. Talking to techs, I'm told this is not a feature. This seems like a basic feature all phone systems should have

  4. I would like to see the Calendar removed from Workspace area and available as a direct menu option on the left within the desktop app. There is plenty of room for added menu items on the left and this would benefit people that use the calendar frequently. thanks

  6. The customer would like to have the option to include their phone number to be searchable under 411.com currently, we informed them of the limitation of the company directory listing -

  7. Allow outbound call prefix to put a default area code. This feature was present prior to June 1, 2022. It is no longer available but was helpful. It is very useful as 99% of our calls are in the same area code, so there is no need to dial the area code each time.

  8. We have multiple companies which use a single Ring Central account - and they each wish to have the ability to have a different automatic voice recording announcements. Currently - we only have the option to use one Automatic Voice Recording announcement.

  9. As a mortgage bank using ringcentral for our Loan Officers, processors and underwriters, disclaimers and opt outs must be available to all communications with borrowers and clients. Legally we must have them on all emails but in using SMS with Ringcentral we are unable to do so and it is protenatilly causing us to change our future plans with RingCentral...whcih we do not want to do!

  11. When searching for the Limited Extensions within the contacts list of the RingCentral All in One app, I noticed that they were not appearing. I also noticed that for the regular extensions (Digital Line Premium) that have not been activated (aka Placeholder Accounts), are also not appearing within the contacts list of the RingCentral All in One app.I do not recall this issue occurring within the original RingCentral Phone desktop app...I recall noticing all company contacts were listed within the contacts list of this RC Phone desktop app.Bring back the ability to search for all company contacts within the RC…

  14. Hello I am looking to find the busiest times of day for inbound calls to a specific cue. Can you help me find that report please?
    I am looking to overlay 30 days worth of call data on top of itself to see when my busiest call times are in a day.

  15. Most users have multiple monitors these days. I keep RC open on one of my screens and woudl like to keep the most recent chat open while I work on other things. While I'm on another monitor working on something else, chats are coming in and I'm not being alerted if I leave the same chat active. As a result I've been in the habit of clicking a mostly unused team JUST SO I don't miss messages in the chats I really need to be a part of. When fininsh a call in q quque with wrap up time the wrap up time should block call from all queus.Right now if a person is a memer of multiple queues, the wrapup time has no real purpose as you can get calls for any of the other queues during your wrap uptime.ExampleAdam is in 3 queuesAdam picks up a call from queue 1Adam fininshed the calls from queue 1 and gets 5 mins wrap u timeHowver he can still instantly get a call through queue 2 and 3 leaving him with no time to do his notes as needed

Ideally when a customer calls, if the only agent in at that time is onanother call, they would either a) be able to put the current caller onhold for a moment to take the incoming call's contact information or b)when they are finished with the current call, they would have a Missed Callnotification alerting them to the missed call to return the call.

  18. If you add a call and start a conference call you should be able to hang up with the additional call and then go back to the original caller and then transfer that call.

  19. The feature to reply a message when there's incoming call is not available when using iPhone devices. Article related to it do not have info if it is available with iPhone or not: https://support.ringcentral.com/app/message/mobile/replying-with-a-message-for-incoming-calls-in-the-ringcentral-mo.html. We have tested it and no Reply with message option appeared.
