Update Presence Status to show when online and not just within the app
Allowing the status to show when online and not just within the app will provide full insight into employees/coworkers actual availability which was a feature that was extremely useful in Skype. Currently just showing when someone is within the app is misleading as to when colleagues are actually online and available.

Download ALL Extension Types in a single download file
Add the ability to download ALL extension types in a single download file. This is useful to understand ALL of the assigned extensions and their purpose. Being that we are an Enterprise account, we use ranges of extensions for different purposes and it is difficult to see what ranges are being used outside of the normal user extensions.

Allow Call Answer | Ignore | Send to VM from Notification of RC App
This functionality is missing from the full RC App that the RC Phone for Desktop App has. It is vital for those who work in the Remote Desktop environment to easily access these functions. Currently, the notification does not allow interaction and we are required to minimize the RD to get to the app and answer the call.

RC Audio Attachments - make a way to listen from RC
RC Classic gave you the option to listen to an audio file right from RC. With the new update we are having to download the file before listening. With our company using audio files a lot this is making it more time consuming for us to have to download the file first.

Option to switch from Caller Name to Caller ID for Parked calls in the latest version of RingCentral Phone Apps
Customer business process requires the Caller ID or the number of the parked calls in the HUD of the RingCentral Phone Apps.Older version shows the Caller ID in the parked calls but the latest version now shows Caller Name.

Provide admins with the ability to disable self registration for a specific domain at ringcentral/signup.
This would help to prevent anyone from trying to use a customer's domain to register an account and they wouldn't receive any notifications.

Shared Voicemail Notification
We are a small office of 3 people. We do not have a dedicated receptionist. When someone leaves a message, an email is sent to everyone in the group, but only on my RCPhone app does it show the glaring red number that there is a message. It would be nice the red number would display on everyone's RCPhone app, until the message is listened to.

Larger Capacity For the numbers that can used under custom rule for caller ID
Customer adding more than 500 numbers for the Caller ID options in the Custom rule and wanting to have more capacity as they were econutering "internal error occured" .

Remove the inbox icon from left navigation and add: Tasks, Events, Files, & Notes icons along left navigation. The current inbox creates double the work to get to the Tasks List.

Increase Email Invite to 72hrs
Currently, the Admin Portal Website has the new user invite link set to expire after 48hrs. This is not the industry standard (72hrs) and is extremely inconvenient- especially when setting up accounts before the weekend or there is a holiday during the week or an individual is in indoc or has unexpected PTO. This is an extreme duplication of effort and results in a great deal of wasted time.This is an extreme inconveniences with a simple resolution.Please consider raising the expiration limit from 48hrs to 72hrs.Thanks, can't wait to see this implemented

Two Party Consent' or 'All Party' states, which prohibits recording of a call without the consent of all parties to the communication before recording the conversationfor RingCentral users whose line of business that are heavy on outbound calling and needed the recording for quality, training and review purposes

Capability to give access to SMS that the SMS recipient is receiving from the Auto-Receptionist number to other users in the account
This is beneficial if the recipient is not available, other users can reply to customer's inquiry without logging in to the SMS recipients extension in the RC App/online account.

Bulk upload of message only user accounts
We have an equal amount of users with voicemail only extensions as we do DID users. Having the ability to bulk add these users would greatly improve the performance of adding these users to the RC system.

Ability to remove Company Contact
In the old RC app, we were able to remove company contacts ourselves. Now we have to ask Support to do it, which may take 5-7 days, and in the meantime the contact being removed can still see our interactions!

Separate field for name as well as fax number for outgoing faxes
This function was lost in the upgrade. We need this back to quickly sort our fax transmissions. We need the field of "fax number" along with "name" (name of recipient). After the upgrade, there is only one field for fax number available.

Sync Reject between desktop Phones and app(s)
Currently if "Reject" an incoming call on my desk phone it still continues to ring on my desktop and mobile app. "Reject" should be synced so the call stops ringing at all locations and goes to voicemail
