  1. "Transcriptions are mediocre, at best. Still have to type the call details out for a call because of the number of errors. Would be helpful to be able to correct the transcripts to help the AI "learn" or to enter non-standard or industry terms into a database for the software to choose from to help improve quality. "

  3. The customer have a system that forwards the call to RingCentral (UC) that will have a whisper that the user will hear. Please have the UC account a feature that can accept calls with whisper.

  5. We would like to be able to see faxes for only faxes that are sent by the sender. For example, if shawna@thebradshawfirm.com sends a fax can ONLY shawna@thebradshawfirm get a receipt for the fax rather than EVERYBODY who is listed to be able to receive faxes getting them as well?

  6. When the caller dialed the number for a specific department we want to show a different caller ID number not the dialed number of the department. The caller ID that we want to show is the direct number of a different department.

    Company A number

    Company B number

    When company A number is dialed it must show the company B number as their caller ID.

  8. Limit a user's ability to register for RingCentral with a corporate domain that already has an account. For example, if we have in our portal acme.com, then any user that tries to register for a RC account with acme.com will get denied and redirected to their IT Admin. Also, if we could register multiple domains to limit the registration that would be excellent. Verification of domain ownership would be done via TXT records.

  12. Currently we need to manually transfer the call presence to another user extension. We are requesting to have the call presence to be transferred automatically to the selected user extensions if the user that has presence cannot answer the call.

    please add an email button that can be used to send mails to to the contact in the call history (if the callee is a known contact with email provided). Please add the same email button on the contact view. The button should trigger to open the default intalled mail client and add the callee's mail in the "to" field.

  18. The customer would like to have the option to delay the ringing per device/number/other extension under each individual call forwarding.

    For example, the desk phone will ring first for 30 seconds, and within 30 seconds, the app will also ring with the same duration but with a slight delay in between. (the app will ring 10 seconds after the desk phone starts ringing)
