Be able to classify in folders the user settings templates
Currently all "User settings templates" can be sort by name, created date.. which requires to have a naming convention to find the good templates.
Is it possible to be able the classify the user template under folders and subfolders.
For example if I have several user settings template to manage all bank holiday then I can put all of them in the same subfolder.It will be much easier to manager the templates like that.

Generate unique passcode via API
There should be an API call to allow a unique code to be generated in RingCentral that can be displayed on our website to certain logged in customers. When a customer calls our phone number and selects a certain extension, this code will be required as a password. The code should be viable for, say 5 mins.

Allow a "per line" option when adding details via the Contacts "notes" field
Our customer wants to be able to include via the "notes" field : the person's name , extension and email within their business contacts
When adding contacts via RC app , on the notes field of edit contact they want to be able to save the details like this example below:

The cover page generated by RC contains crucial transmission details and needs to be received by the sender as an option.
The cover page generated by RingCentral contains crucial transmission details (sender info, recipient info, date/time, subject, number of pages) that aren't always fully replicated in the same format on the basic status confirmation report. The users want proof of what was sent, including the RingCentral's generated cover-page details. We currently receive fax status confirmation through email, would it be possible to include the server's generated cover page along with the transmission confirmation status report from our sent faxes?

Send fax transmission results to email of fax sender
We have a number of people who can do email to fax for a specific extension. As it is, when someone sends a fax via email, they do not get a notification of the fax transmission results. We do not want all of the email to fax users get all fax transmission results, just for the ones they send.

I finally got they Poly phones plugged in at my remote restaurant. I have an IVR set up & I have all the prompts set up but I cant find where to set it to USE this menu when someone calls.
the phone # for this remote restaurant is 317-548-0749. it should go to the IVR Menu called 3141 Menu. then if they press 3 it should ring the physical phone at the restaurant.Summary:

AI Notes in a Salesforce plugin
Hi,
We use RingCentral plugin in Salesforce and while calling/texting from there is great, the only option we get is to manually post notes when done.
It would be great if AI Notes worked in the plugin the same way as the app.
