  1. There should be an option under Email-to-Fax where-in you can add just the email domain (Ex. @linksattuscaloosa.apartments) on the Email addresses permitted to send faxes so that everyone with email addresses on the same domain can send faxes using the extension's assigned fax number/numbers.

  6. Ability to specify where Voicemails are left when VM is enabled in both Call Queue settings and MS Teams settings.

    Use case:
    -User has MS Teams enabled on their extension.
    -User has Voicemail enabled in MS teams setting.
    -User is a part of a Call Queue.
    -Call Queue has setting if a voicemail is left, it will be left in the Call Queue extension and not in MS Teams.

    -Currently, when an inbound call queue call is not answered and goes to voicemail, the voicemail is being left on the MS Teams side and not the Call Queue extension.

  10. This request aims to enhance the management of SMS numbers to minimize issues with blocked messages. Users have reported difficulties when numbers are not registered with active campaigns, leading to service disruptions.

    In this case, the number was used prior to being added to a campaign, resulting in a block. Although it functioned after being registered, it will remain blocked for at least 30 days due to prior usage.

  13. The option to have a call queue stay in sync with changes to the work hours of a site. Currently only creating a new call queue will copy over the current site work hours but changes to the site work hours don't reflect in the queue. This results in us having to go into every single queue to change hours. It would be much easier if we could just change the work hours in the site and have those changes reflected in the queues.

  20. Customer mentioned that they wanted an Arizona area code (408) phone numbers to be added on their account, but the original process is to have it added by the Telco Ops team which will need a replacement from their existing phone numbers. User declined this request.

    Can we have them add the phone numbers with area code preferred so they can just purchase it instead of replacing it with an existing phone numbers in their inventory?
