  1. We need to have to be able to export all extension on the account the only available download is on the User/ User with extension/ download what we need is an export for all the extension on the account including call queue, message only extension etc.

  3. A call queue has a variety of employees that may also have significant turnover. Having yet another pwd is inefficient and should be the Admin's option.

  5. When using the Hubspot integration the RingCentral Analytics are rendered useless because the data is not visible to the user in the RingCentral Portal. The RingCentral Analytics is superior and it would be good to not loss the functionality

  7. Some customers such as medical facilities need to report SLA and heavily rely upon performance reports. They often need to use queue prompts and automatic call recording prompts on their call queues to inform clients calling to dial 911 if it is an emergency and that the call is being recorded. When a caller hangs up during the prompts playing this is reflected as an abandoned call and it is hard for the admins to know if that call actually rang any members' phones and should be counted towards their SLA.   8. I would love to see letters be able to be added to a call when someone is calling the business line. That way I am able to filter out much easier who is calling my personal number and who is calling the business line. For example if my business is called "XY" then when someone calls my business line, it will show up on my phone as "555-555-5555 XY"

  9. The RingCentral desktop app has the ability to download a plugin under Settings > Phone > Fax > Print to Fax > Install. Could this same option be added to the ACO Desktop app?Before RingCentral App update Desktop: 23.4.26.8723 Windows (x64) ACO users were able to sign into the RC App and use this functionality. Now attempting to sign in returns me to the sign in page.

  12. User Groups override permissions from assigned Role Permissions for the assigned Manager of the group. User Groups should specifically respect ALL role permissions and should be subject to the Role Permission OR the User Group should contain it's own list of Role Permissions. This benefits Company's that are trying to control who has access to specific features within your system. I've run into issues where the Manager in the User Group overrides the Role Permission for a supervisor with restricted permissions to features and allows them to have access to changing the Outbound Caller ID.   16. Allow Admins to add Pictures to user profiles so the company can fully leverage the desktop notifications. It would be great if everyone added their company photo, but 90% do not. I could easily have an admin on my team do it for everyone.

  20. Submitting Idea on customer's behalf. We were having an issue where some of the agent's sites were merging, and the agent wanted their customers to hear an announcement about the move before being forwarded to another site's number. Unfortunately, RingCentral's service web doesn't have the capacity to forward to a specific internal number, only to extensions. The problem here is that the agent's extensions will be changing soon with the merge, so the call rules or IVR menus we create to get this done will all break soon and have to be rebuilt.
