Add visibility and management of globally parked calls
All globally parked calls should be able to be seen and managed from a single area of RingCentral. Our previous system allowed us to do this and it would show all calls with the park location and caller ID, plus any custom notes added by the user.

Forward calls to next group if no members of group available
We have an office administrator who takes a break at various times of the day and needs the phone routed to our customer service group when she is. We have a group called Main Number that customers are routed to when calling our main company number. She is the only member of this group, and this group routes calls to our customer service group when she does not answer. The problem is: if she sets the phone to Do Not Disturb or Do Not Accept Queue Calls the phone will still ring for the customer, just not her phone. So…

Access voicemails just like you can access call recordings
I run an ecommerce company that uses ring central for our customer service. It's super convenient because the calls automatically record themselves and i can easily access those recordings via the dashboard or even through a plug in with Reamaze which is incredible. Thus, I dont understand why I cant do the same for voicemails my customers leave. Instead, I either have to have my agents go through their email or go to the admin portal for a dedicated voicemail report. Either would be an extreme disruption to their routine and would be a huge pain to train.

Option to keep RingCentral phone call window open when answering from a paired deskphone
When a deskphone is paired there should be an option to keep active call windows on the RingCentral computer app without having to accept them there first, it's awkward to answer on the computer and then pick up the handset in instances where we don't prefer to use a headset, and it makes it much easier to use the otherwise great computer program and its features for things like transferring and monitoring calls

Bulk assigning inventory numbers
The option to bulk assign numbers from the inventory would save the engineers a lot of time. Currently you have to assign numbers 1 by 1, such as when adding numbers as CCRNs using numbers from Number Inventory.

Priority on internal transfers over external calls
We have decided due to a customer already waiting to be transferred to another department or employee that those calls should be higher priority than a new inbound call. We could implement this in our NICE in Contact Scripting, but not on the underlying phone system. We'd like to have an option (with whatever flexibility deemed appropriate by ring central (but maybe controlled on a queue/extension/or site level?), to have the ability to toggle on or otherwise program that a transferred call gets a higher priority than an incoming new call. RingCentral app - schedule a meeting - default meeting calendar
When scheduling a RingCentral video meeting, the RC app defaults to "Outlook web calendar" which we are not using at our company. Employees have to keep changing back to "Calendar app" every time there's an update to the RC app. We need a way to default the calendar option for users so that they don't have to keep switching this setting back. Another option might be to set the default to the "Calendar app".

Identify a saved contact using the company name
Not all numbers belong to an individual person. Some are being used by people within a business.Currently when someone who is saved as a contact but only has the "company" name filed up calls in, the caller is not identified by the company name.Please show the company name of a contact saved without a first and last name when receiving a call from them.

Add option to set a time limit to automatically rejoin call queue after # minutes.
We have users that remove themselves from the call queue when they go on break, but then forget to put themselves back in. Even if we could select the time limit that they can take themselves out of queue, so that they would automatically go back in queue after 15 minutes. Select 15, 30, or 60 minutes.

Add external push to talk button for push to talk option.
Ring central added a PTT function but not the ability to use an external PTT button. It’s cumbersome to have to open the app in order to talk especially in a medical practice.
