Ability to Remotely Update or Push Wi-Fi Profiles to Desk Phones via Admin Portal
Currently, RingCentral administrators are unable to remotely configure or update Wi-Fi network settings (SSID and password) on supported RingCentral desk phones (e.g., Poly, Yealink, Cisco).
Wi-Fi credentials can only be set locally through the device menu or web interface, which creates challenges for organizations that:
-Deploy phones across multiple sites or remote users.
-Frequently change Wi-Fi networks or credentials for security reasons.
-Require centralized device management without on-site access.This feature would allow admins to remotely push or update Wi-Fi profiles to one or multiple devices through the RingCentral Admin Portal, Device Provisioning, or Bulk Device Management interface.

For messages and texting when you highlight the message you want read it just says the person's name! Really annoying. Need text-to-speech option and then speech-to-text that's easier. This also needs to be compatible with Echo, CarPlay, etc. Need more features for the busy professional on the go please!

Create a Do Not Call Application or DNC for RingEX
Create an RingCentral Do Not Call (DNC) Application for RingEX (Call Queue agents) or at least create the app in RingCX to be consumed by RingEX. Customer is a very large insurance company with 40,000 users plus their non-RingCentral Contact Center.

We're trying to track down where some phones are located as well as better maintain our active fleet of phones. There is significant information like IP and MAC address that I see available for each device when using other VoIP providers but not in RingCentral. Is this a feature for specific hardware not not supported?
I am aware of how to find the IP and MAC addresses on the phones
themselves, what I am looking for is this information within the

Increase the Number of Phones to the Forward List
It would be better if we have an option in Admin Portal to add more than 10 phones/devices under Ring Settings for the Ring in Order set up for each extension. This will help us forward the calls appropriately during certain hours.

Fax using optional fax numbers on cover sheet
Our company have several numbers with Mobile licenses that appear in RingCentral Portal account but are not accessible as an option to be selected as a "Fax" number for individual user accounts. It would be great to be able to select any number that appears in our RingCentral Portal account to be a fax number.

Make RingCentral support phone number more user friendly
The support phone number is now significantly less functional than it was before with the addition of the AI receptionist. I tried calling about an open case, and after navigating to the support section of the IVR and putting in my case number, it was not able to find the case. Getting to this point already takes over a minute. It then transfers you to the AI receptionist, who is also not able to view any details on specific cases, which seems like it should be important if it taking calls for a technical support queue.
