it would be helpful if we can assign special numbers on caller id if the main number is dialed

Prompt for Active Extension
The customer would like an option to have a disabled feature for the extension that cannot be dialed when the caller is waiting in the queue. Because the system transfers the call to another extension (when dialed) when it detects it is an active extension.

emergency response location
This would be useful to review the current user phones in the company to ensure they are set to correct location and more importantly emergency location, adding this idea after ours were wrong and got routed to wrong 911 location.

Missed Call Notification for Numbers in Inventory
There should be an option to assign a number from the inventory to say a play announcement extension to avoid the notification going to the operator extension or there should not be any notification for numbers in the inventory if someone calls it and treats it as an inactive number completely.

Ability to update key labels for lines
We would like the ability to change the key labels on desk phones to show custom labels such as extension numbers for the line buttons instead of the User Name of the phone. This would help greatly for users correctly identifying extensions, especially in environments where users frequently use a common phones and may not know the extension number of the phone.

Please, provide a tool of velocity of recorded calls.
Please, provide a feature that allows to control the velocity of the recording when listening on the app. Same as Youtube so we will be able to note correctly whatever the customer has said.

Allow specific phone call from company directory to come through while on DND
Have the option wherein we can set either a custom rule or a button that allows calls coming from numbers in the company directory during after-hours and while the users are on DND.

add fast forward and rewind to the media player used for call recording playback
I would also suggest adding 15/30 second jump forward and backward functionality as well. While I'm at the wishing well, I'd also like to see the playback control radial with a little more detailed control. If the recording is over 15 minutes long, moving the radial a fraction can jump 6 minutes ahead.

Dial out with asterisk
we need to be able to auto dial contact extensions when we are dialing out to them. Barring that we need to display their known extension on or near their phone number so at a glance we can tell what to dial without referencing an external list or waiting for automated answering services to provide the information we need.

Disable Call Monitoring from Speed Dial on Deskphone
Currently, when speed dials are configured on a deskphone, if that user is on a call and the deskphone user has permissions to listen in on their calls, they can press the speed dial to listen in to the call (instead of just dialing the user). This is an undesired feature by some customers who would rather the speed dial not monitor the call and just be able to call the user instead.

When I'm not staring at the Ring Central app, I've learned that I miss several messages due to no audio alert. Would it be possible to have quick short ding when a new message is received?

Filter or template per Department
Please get an option to be available in the website to have a template and add multiple users per department and a bulk way to edit it if necessary. Also a filter in the reports tab would be beneficial for businesses that have different departments and filter those calls or logs by department instead of doing it per extension
