  5. customer would like to have the feature where the system can detect which country the calls are coming from and have a whisper before the call informing the recipient of the call. And also have the option to choose how many time the whisper is repeated.

  6. I would like to request a feature that would allow me to translate text messages. I am English speaking and I work with a lot of Spanish speaking sub contractors. I spend a lot of time copying and paste back and forth from RingCentral to Google Translate in order to translate text messages. I

    I would like the ability to translate messages to me to English and then to be able to translate English messages to Spanish before sending.

  8. Ability to have the option to select the RC mobile app first then next to be ringing is the RC desktop app or vice versa. The option that the we have is to turn it off or turn it on only.   13. Calendar function for automatic On Call Rotation. After hours calls are forwarded to a different user every week to ensure that calls are not missed and emergencies are dealt with in a timely manner. It would be nice to be able to set a calendar to automatically roll the on call phone to the next person in line, rather than having to do it manually.

  17. Have Contact Center Routing Number (numbers not assigned to a user, call queue, IVR etc) be seen as Account Contact numbers in the RC App. The only ones that you will see in your Contacts are numbers that are assigned to an extension (user, call queue, IVR etc).

  19. Request to allow managers of user groups to download the log of calls that have been recorded.

    Currently the manager of a group can go in, isolate by user and listen (and download) the recording of that call, but they cannot download a log file of the call data per user they are focusing on.

    Request to add the ability to download the call log of recorded calls isolated by user.
