Different password for admin portal and RingCentral app
It will be more convenient having different password for RingCentral App and Admin portal, so that when we change password on one of our extension it will not sign them out.

Improve Visibility of Action Buttons in ‘All Numbers’ — Remove Hidden Scrollbar in Phone Numbers List
Please omit the scroll bar so there isn’t a hidden button like that. It would make managing numbers in All Numbers much easier.

Load more function in CXone Mpower agent
When searching for a name, the results list is cut off. The 'Load More' option currently looks like a loading animation, so users don't realize they need to click it. Can we change this to a distinct button

Being able to receive calls from multiple Ring Central accounts at the same time, without toggling accounts.
As a business owner, operating/involved in multiple companies. I have two Ring Central accounts, one for each company. There are times where I have multiple calls that need to be transferred to me directly from different accounts. Unless I go into the app to switch on my mobile device, I will not receive the call. My suggestion is to be able to receive calls from multiple accounts on my mobile device or the same device, rather than having two separate devices, as it somewhat defeats the purpose of using the Ring Central phone system for multiple companies, for me as…

Enhanced Name Recognition for AI Receptionist
I would like to request an enhancement to the AI Receptionist’s name-recognition functionality. Currently, when a user’s name is included in the Excluded Extensions list for the Dial-by-Name Directory, the AI Receptionist does not recognize the name and instead informs the caller that the individual is not part of the organization.
Requested Enhancement:
Even if a name is listed under the Excluded Extensions for the Dial-by-Name Directory, the AI Receptionist should still be able to recognize the individual’s name. Add Ability to Remotely Configure Park Button / DSS Key for Polycom VVX450 via RingCentral Admin Portal
Customers need the ability to remotely configure a Call Park button (DSS/feature key) on Polycom VVX450 devices directly through the RingCentral Admin Portal.
Currently, the portal does not provide an option to push or modify DSS key layouts for VVX450 phones, requiring manual configuration on each individual device. This is time-consuming, especially for accounts managing multiple Polycom phones.

The call logs of the call queue group should be visible for unavailable members(in the RC app), also, not just for available members on the queue.

Currently, T-Mobile and some carriers block bulk SMS when sent in high volumes, causing messages not to reach recipients.
When sending bulk SMS through RingCentral, messages to T-Mobile numbers often fail if too many are sent at once due to their rate-limiting feature. I suggest adding a scheduling feature that automatically sends messages in smaller batches. This would reduce failed messages, ensure important messages reach recipients, and improve the overall reliability of bulk SMS campaigns.

With the pre existing notification options via email or SMS, Create "task" option that will select a user extension will be given a task via glip if a voicemail or miss call appears

Hide Contacts EMAIL ADDRESS on the App Contact list
On the Contact list under "All Contacts" RC has the user's name and below the users email address. Why? If you want the email address you can just go into the Contacts Profile. If you add the contact as a favorite the email address is replaced with the users Availability status, which is MUCH for useful in an PHONE telephone application/list. We do not email through RingCentral so I do not see why it would show a contacts email address instead of the users Presence Status.

I suggest improving the level of control on the call recording features, to be able to enable settings like automatically stop recording voicemails or pause after 30 seconds of silence, this will help to improve the call analysis and remove calls where there was no interaction.

Request to be able to pause automatic call recording (ACR) after warm transfer
Customer has encountered an issue with inability to stop an ACR after a call has been warm transferred to a colleague.

Currently when calling 911, our customer receive email notifications but not the SMS. it looks like we are not sending such SMS for a while due to the recent updates.
