  1. I purchased Poly Rove B2 from RingCentral and it supports up to 20 ports. However, there are only 10 ports in the admin portal wherein I can assign users. Wants 20 ports to be automatically enabled in admin portal.

  2. Currently, Automatic Call Recording (ACR) does not capture audio that plays during hold time, such as wait messages or call disclosures.

    We need the ability for ACR to record these hold messages—particularly when a disclosure message is played to inform callers that the call is being recorded. This ensures compliance and transparency when recordings are enabled.

    Additionally, we would like to have the option to play the disclosure message anytime as needed, not just at the start of the call. This flexibility will help ensure the disclosure is heard at the most appropriate time while maintaining a smooth and compliant…

    We request the ability to automatically generate actionable tasks in the RingCentral app based on the task summaries identified in call transcripts.

    Use Case:
    Currently, RingCentral transcribes and summarises calls, often including follow-up actions. However, converting these summaries into actual tasks within the app requires manual effort, which is time-consuming and can lead to missed follow-ups — especially on days with high call volume.

    We have a user who is wondering if it is possible to make a call via their desk phone, but to then have the actual call go not through the desk phone, but through Teams and use their PC speakers/mic. Can this be done, or is this not supported?

  18. It's baffling to me that Ring Central doesn't have Apple Watch integration. Apple watches do not get ringing notifications on Apple Watches, which is extremely inconvenient because the actual iPhone doesn't make a noise when your Apple watch is connected. I miss many phone calls because my watch doesn't notify me when a call comes in. Please add notification integration to Apple Watches. It's 2025. All other apps have notifications pushed to Apple Watches...the massive company of Ring Central should have notifications integrated.

  19. It would be great if you could implement recurring holidays. It is very time consuming havein to set up every holiday for every customer year after year manualy. I think RC is the TOP player in the field but this featuer is long overdue. Eevn ZOOM can do that now!
