  3. We need our users to be able to view the week schedule of their phone time in the RC app, as per support it is viewable in user extension Settings> User details > Settings and permission> Schedule however we need our users to have a view in the RC app for easier view

  4. Transfer a caller from a desk phone to another extensions voicemail. This can be done on the RC app but we need the feature to be on the desk phone.
    Typically we could press *55 and then the persons extension and it will send directly to another employee's voicemail.

  6. there should be a send sms option in active dialpad so that the operator can send sms to the customer while on call with them instead of copying the number and sending a new sms from text tab.

    Use case: share quotes sms while on call with the customer so that they can take informed decision.

    * An entire office of RingEX users needs to use the same outbound caller ID. This phone number is also the primary number used for their Contact Center (RingCX).

    Feature request:
    * Add support for using a Delegated DID as the primary DID used for outbound calls on all the Apps.

  8. Develop RingCentral App to be able to put audio through Stereo instead of only HANDS-FREE AG AUDIO.
    I use a headset that my PC uses the Stereo channel for as default. The sound quality is far better. RingCentral will always default to PC Default for voice calls, but is incapable of putting audio through that channel. I have to change it at the start of the day every time.

    Video is a different issue entirely. The video settings constantly default, the first time of the day, to my PC Microphone and Speakers or uses the Stereo speakers of the headset.…

  11. It would be best if we can allow SMS enable to a Korea numbers in RingCentral Account. The users who are based in Korea would able to send and receive SMS using their Korea numbers in RingCentral Account.

  15. Customer has built-in company email signature that cannot be removed and it's adding up 5 pages to the total fax attachment.
    RingCentral should be able to identify and not include it to the fax attachment.

  17. When we're waiting for a number to be ported in I think it would be highly appreciated if we can set it up as a Substitute caller ID so we could use the RingCentral system as soon as we got it instead of waiting for the numbers to be fully ported.

  18. Cisco phones in general don't have the option to forward all calls from call preferences on its settings. It would be efficient to have this option available so reception phones can be automatically forwarded to external numbers without the need to log into the portal.

  19. In virtualized environments (VDI) an autostart option is required to control the autostart escpecially in environments with limited ressources. Please enable provide an option/parameter for an admin to control the behavior. When the admin manages the setting, the user should not have the option anymore to change this.
