  5. Wouldn't it be good to get the possibility to use Click to Call on Docs & Slides, just like with Excel / Sheets ?We have plenty of presentations with numbers that needs to be redialed manually.Moreover, it's not very intuitive because it does work with Excel / G Sheet.

  6. When creating a new account and setting a password I created a strong password and get Green Checkmarks that it fits requirements, but the account does not get created because of an illegal special character. PLEASE state what special characters CAN NOT BE USED!

  7. I know a group of individuals within my organization that use Opera as their main browser. However, I have found that when I choose to join a ring central meeting in my browser I am presented with an error as Opera is not supported. I know Opera maybe doesn't have as large a market share as Chrome or Edge, but I would love to see Opera support moving forward.

We need both the Click-to-Dial functionality we get with the browser extension, but also need the HUD-Extensions in order to quickly transfer a call to an extension pinned in the HUD area of the desktop application. This is a quick 2-click way to transfer a call, without have to type the extension, which is cumbersome in a high-volume outbound call center. It would be great to have the HUD-Extension as a menu available in the browser.

  9. With a button similar to the attached screenshot, customers can create schedules for automation for opening/closing every OTHER weekend or EVERY other day of the week of their choice. This is a must! Would be helpful not only to your staff, but to customers more importantly. My office is working every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month. 1st and 3rd are off. Currently the two options for this is to 1. - Create a schedule for every specific date of each month and cannot forgot every date moving forward. Or #2- Create a phone handling setup that I have…

  10. It would be useful to have the ability to apply your own label to phone status. As an admin, I need to know why someone may be logged out of taking calls. The most necessary labels would be "Lunch" and "15 Minute Break". Doing this allows the administrators and co-workers to know why someone is not available. It may also be helpful to allow for scheduling this status as a user and an administrator. Thanks,Eric

  11. We need the option in the admin portal to add a footer that contains a disclosure. This should be added ASAP. We are a financial institution, the disclosure is very important to our compliance. Please advise.

  12. Being able to see the status of other users would be very beneficial. Even just simple statuses like offline, online, available, away or busy would help enormously. Our old phone system let us see when other users in the system were online, available, in a call already or AFK. This feature is greatly missed by our team, as we will try to transfer calls not knowing if they will be available or not.

  13. Other companies have an option of choosing a text back rather than leave a voicemail, I see this was brought up by other people, will it be rolled out soon? Would rather not have to change providers, but the world is changing to text and we have to change with it.

  14. For the Web app/portal as well as the admin portal, If a specific persons information is not entered the contact will just display the phone number. Unlike how in the older RC phone app, where if the Company name is entered and no specific person, it will display the Company name. Not all contacts have a specific person attached since it is just a company wide contact. It is also helpful when looking at reports to see if it was a contact. Have not fully switched over to the new RC app because of broken things like this.

Having the opportunity to automatically message customers with a link for an online form or giving them instant access to information on your website would be a great addition to a callers experience and an immense time saver. Removes the wait time for callers attempting to find a form/ document and time from employees having to walk callers through the process.

This is a MUST, and I need it NOW, I'm in contact with support.Currently Limited extension Phone Ring only 4 time, then hang up.I'm many hundreds of then used in retirement and nursing homes.The Problem is 4 ring(20 seconds), don't Give the Resident time enough to answer the phones.I need more like 1 minute, or Continues Ring with no. announcement. and it's needed NOW.I'm an admin a 3 account, and help manage others
