  1. Should be able to right-click the RC App tray icon, in Windows, and select your presence status along with being able to accept queue calls. Instead users are required to fully open the RC App and change the status by selecting their profile avatar and choosing a status. This functionality is available with Microsoft Teams and other UCaaS solutions. Currently users have 2 options when right-clicking the tray icon (Bring to front and Quit).

  3. Many times its handy to send a quick snapshot of what is on your monitor with a fellow worker. A snipping tool plugin within message would make this easier than using the print screen button or the windows snipping tool.

  4. Our employees change names (divorce, marriage) and it's important to be able to perform coherent user audits and also for names to be searchable.   6. Currently when you delete something it is gone for good. Recently our receptionists deleted messages on her deskphone and faxes that had not been routed to people yet were deleted. Un-delete in this case would have helped even if it was only accesible from admin portal..

  7. When you have the google extension and the RC App opened and that a call comes in, if you click on "ignore" on the google extension the RC App will still keep ringing and you have to also click on "send to voicemail" on the Rc app. Is it possible to link both apps and if "ignore" is clicked on the Google extension it also sends it to voicemail on the RC App.

  9. There are a few guest users on my team and previously they were able to start video calls but something has changed and they are no longer able to start the call. Please change it back so anyone can initiate a call with anyone on the team.

  13. If we try to backup all users recorded calls with the archiver, is there a way to tell the size of that data before we try to download it? Recorded calls can be large in size so I want to make sure our FTP server has enough space

  15. SummaryI find that the proliferation of political, scams, and non-profit fundraising are flooding my voice mail. Also vendors and other contacts either fall out of favor or are superseded by new ones. I hope that RC will provide a way to manage both of these in blocks. This can be done be grouping data records (objects) by search conditions or with check boxes in the user interface.ContactsThere is currently no provision for removing "blocks" of contacts that are no longer useful. When in the Call Queue maintenance, your user options to not carry into that page, so you can't easily log yourself in and out or put yourself in DND unless you go back to the extension settings. Why not make that upper right hand portion of the screen universal across your user experience no matter which admin pages you are part of?
