Allow login to login.ringcentral.com with Ad blocker enabled
Currently cannot login to account with uOrgin ad blocker enabed. Have no issues with AWS, Azure or O365 with it enable only RingCentral.

Static page | For not having to leave the ring
It would be nice to add an option for organizations to post their management tools inside the ring, such as a small static page that can be modified over time so that companies can post there the links they use, their tabs, or other documents.
This would help to avoid using other applications such as drive, trello, dropbox or web pages. So that we don't have to go out of the ring to do all our jobs.1 vote -
Allow extension to be dialed automatically
Like on our cellular could be cool the be able to include the extention with a "break".On iphone i thing it's the ",". So we can work with "callto:" link and add the extention in our contact.

Typo on Yealink provisioning article

Set different caller ID for outbound calls using the line keys of the expansion module
The customer wanted to have the ability to set up different outbound caller ID numbers on the line keys of their expansion module for their users to be able to call out using their company numbers without having to change it on the service web.

Add "Hub" to Office @ Hand windows app
The old Office @ Hand app had the "hub" button where you could see who was on a call and who they were on a call with. You call also see what #s were on park. This was very useful for many reason to all of my team members. Please consider adding something similar to the new Office @ Hand App

Unchecked voice messages after a period of time (7 days) get forwarded automatically to another mailbox/email
Just signed up with RC with Teams. Concerned that users/staffs will not check their voice mail, so I'm being asked to switch off this good feature, even though they receive email directly

Populate IVR or site Extensions in company contacts
Allow the ability to populate Site extensions or IVR extensions in the company contacts so that operators can easily transfer to those extensions.

Send Text To Phone Number you Called at the same time
Add a button while you are calling someone to the options like "Hold, Mute, etc" in order to be able to multitask faster. Before it was easy to send but the new update it's hard to be able to send them at the same time due to having to copy the number over again to send a text.

Font too large
The new version is way too large of font. The old version I could easily see all my favorites and teams on the side now it is way too large on the new one.

Better visuals/setup on new RC
The new RC is just a vast, white landscape of text. Not having any color blocks to help the eye find things is a bad move. Also, moving the bottom manu to the left side was a mistake - now the app needs more real estate on the screen, which is not desirable - it's hard to have the app up and also have adequate workspace on the screen.

Add more filters to the All Calls page in the RC App
We need more filters! Currently I can only filter by contact. I should be able to filter by inbound calls, outbound calls, by date, length of call, company contacts, and guest contacts

When disable and re-enable a phone on the app, it reverts back to 4 Rings / 20 seconds.
Some of our users have multiple lines and multiple phones. Have more than 1 Polycom phone active at the same time seem to give us problems where few percent of the call gets dropped at 1 or 2 seconds. When we start disable 1 and enable the other, the problem goes away. However when we disable and enable a line on the web portal, it retains whatever the previous setting of 8 Rings / 40 seconds. But If we disable and enable a line on the mobile app, it changes the line to 4 Rings / 20 seconds. 4 Rings…

RC app pops up automatically minimized when the call was answered by other user.
Would like to add the feature to automatically minimized the app on my desktop computer when the call was answered by other user.

Pin conversations so they remain visible even in 'Show Unread' view
I have about 300 conversations/teams/etc in the left panel so I obviously ALWAYS have the 'Show Unread' on since scrolling through that long list is horribly inefficient.However, there are 4 or 5 conversations that I would want to pin to the top and have them always visible even if there are no unread messages in them. These are the conversations that I need to look at multiple times per day, so I either have to search for them or turn off the 'show unread' and then find them manually. It's really inefficient. Would love for those 'pinned' ones to just…

auomated option for calls to be forwarded to specific numbers
right now we have a custom rule for it but i have to create it manually every month .what i suggest is an option where calls are forwarded to a cell every week it changes but effective for a year not just a rule for a month

Feature for Super Admins to Control Text Recordings in User Template
Currently, the only way for Super Admins to control the text recording would be under the Administrative settings in the RingCentral app. Super Admins can enable or disable message data exports for users. Along with that, there should also be an option for Super Admins to enable text capture/record in the User Template. Video recordings should also be controlled by the Super Admins as well
