  2. We currently cannot quickly text a customer while we are on the phone with that customer while using the desktop program on computer (not the extension). We have to take multiple steps such as: Go to text and create a new text, search their contact, etc. A simple and easy solution to this would be one of 2 options below:Show the Ongoing Call in the calls area, while we are on the call (currently the call only shows after we end the call).   3. It's important to see the number where the customer sent the text from. To know which assigned number it came from and to track the customer's information. Please put back the feature on the RC Desktop App and Mobile App. Screenshot was taken 03/26/2024 at that time we can see from what number we were texting from.

  4. Customer wants to disable/deselect/turn off the reading pane/Text sms, just like when you go to the Unread messages. On the SMS box it should be showing like a blank page and it should still show the number of the sender of the SMS.

  7. Allow sorting of "text message templates". We use them a lot and it would be amazing to have them sorted by category (either numerically or alphabetically) so as not to have to search down a long list of responses that are out of order. Please add this feature!!

  12. In my office, we have one main phone number that is published and patients recognize. However, through Ring Central, each team member has a different (private) number. We are used to having everyone receive and being able to send text messages from the main office number. It would become very confusing for patients to receive text messages from several different numbers (the individual lines) rather than the main number that they recognize.   14. Share contacts from an apple or android device through RingCentral App as an SMS. Share contact is currently enabled however it sends as an internal message through Chat Message inside RingCentral App.

  20. Stop multiple messages from just one number, for example when we communicate with this number, this number sends like 10 messages but one information like he will say "yes" on the text but will be sent like 10x, I want to stop that because the charges increase on our system.
