Add the ability to see if a user refused to answer a call or has ended a call.
It would be great to see if someone is avoiding calls by ending the call, sending to voice mail or closing the app.

Notification for failed forward call
Specific alerts for any calls that are not forwarded appropriately (no extensions/forwarding numbers dialed when RC DID receive an external call)

Multiple RingCentral Profiles, Simultaneously Logged In
We run multiple business endeavors between my wife and I and we would find it helpful if we could log into multiple "phones" at the same time, similar to how multiple e-mail addresses can be accessed from a single email client. This would allow us to be able to "switch phones" right in the app, so that when I'm done with a call for my business, I can return a call from my wife's business without having to log out and log back in again.

Export List of Phone Devices
I would like to be able to export my entire Phones & Devices inventory to CSV without contacting Support first. They can always generate it for me pretty easily, but it feels like this should be a feature included by default. I imagine it as an "Export to CSV" button at the top, by Add Device, which would let you filter out what to include in the device export file.

Create and view groups in RingCentral Desktop and mobile app
Right now the only way you can create a group with outside phone numbers is to do so from the RC portal. I want to be able to create a group in my desktop app, so I can send a text to the group from either of my apps.

Remove ring out option to a specific user
I have a user extension that I created for the purpose of making calls internally.I don't want this user extension to have make and receive calls. I heard that Ring Out feature has the capability to have them add their external number and still able to make outgoing calls. I want to have an option to remove the capability of the user to use Ring Out

Make an option in the admin portal to force RC mobile app logout only
Right now the only way to force a user to log out of the mobile app is to disable the extension which causes immediate logout on both the desktop and the mobile app. To avoid disruption we'd like an option to force log out only one one app or the other as well as both.

Call Forwarding first 2 rings 2 extension added will ring then 3rd and fourth ring first 2 extension will continuously ring then another...
... 2 extension can be added.. If the main company number is being dialed first 2 Extension will ring then on the 3rd and 4th Ring First 2 extension will continuously ring but Extension 3 and 4 should be added
