  5. Using the Plug-In 'Ringcentral for Outlook' you can create and send a meeting invite to one or more contacts in your Outlook. You can start a phone call to an Outlook contact directly from the Plug-In too.If you are creating a conference invite short-term it would be very beneficial to see in Outlook the RingCentral the presence status of the invitees.

Having local Korean numbers available means companies can create a local presence, making it easier for people in South Korea to reach them without international dialing costs.   9. "Transcriptions are mediocre, at best. Still have to type the call details out for a call because of the number of errors. Would be helpful to be able to correct the transcripts to help the AI "learn" or to enter non-standard or industry terms into a database for the software to choose from to help improve quality. "

  10. We have 3 extensions for the Site Ext. 6000. Those 3 are a member of the CQ Ext. 6080. We wanted when each member's direct number is dialed, it should forward the calls to the same CQ Ext. 6080.

  12. Customer wants Dial-by-Name Directory added as option to select in "If no one answers" for a User Extension. For now, the options are, Send to Voicemail, Forward the Call and Play Announcement.

  13. We recently had an unsuccessful hacking attempt on our account. Upon discussing this with support they disclosed that RingCentral does not backup any of our setup information. This means if there was a breech, we would lose days work setting up our system all over again. This is so critical we are considering moving to a competitor.

    RingCentral maintains multiple data sites and nodes to ensure core user and account data can be preserved in the unlikely event of a site disruption. While customer-initiated backup of all settings and configurations is not presently offered, there are policies and procedures in place to assist customers who may encounter a significant data loss. Any customer who experiences such an event should engage RingCentral immediately.

  16. I would like to formally request the inclusion of the Poly VVX350 and Poly VVX250 models for customizing soft keys using a key template. Currently, only the Poly VVX450 is compatible with this feature, allowing the addition of external numbers on Presence. Expanding compatibility to include the VVX350 and VVX250 would greatly enhance the flexibility and functionality of the system.

  19. Currently, inbound faxes are directed to a phone number, which can be less straightforward to verify and manage. Client is concerned about phishing and bogus faxes containing potentially infected attachments. This issue has heightened the need for a more secure and easily verifiable fax address.

    We would like to request a feature that allows us to use a simplified, easily recognizable address for inbound faxes. This could be in the form of an email address or a unique identifier that is simpler to verify compared to a phone number.
