Allow Custom Rule templates to be applied at the Site/IVR side.
Custom Rule templates can be created and applied at the user level, but it would be nice to have the ability to do that at the site/ivr level as well. In my case it is a large holiday schedule that we are entering on a large amount of sites. The current method is slow for having to do so many. If not allowing a template, the ability to copy/paste a date scheme would do the trick. This alone would have saved me hours of work.

Current Situation:
In the RingCentral Windows app integrated with Microsoft Outlook, users can right-click a phone number in the body of an email to initiate a call using the softphone.
This feature is highly appreciated as it allows users to call clients directly from their signature phone numbers without additional steps.Problem:
The ability to right-click and dial is not available for phone numbers in the subject line of emails.

Fax recipient information
A customer would like to have the recipients information automatically filled
on the cover page of the outgoing fax that he will send aside from the name and phone number.

Main line number as shared line
I meant to say that the Company Main Phone line (3022136615) is assigned to
our Autoreceptionist Phone Line (3025048336). What are the steps to making
the company phone number ending in 6615 a shared line? Do I need to detach
the main line off of the 4336 phone account so that the main company line
shows up in the "Number Inventory section"?I don't want to change the main number as a lot of our customers use this

I want a way to track a list of users' inbound and outbound SMS in a report that can be delivered to their manager. I am not finding an option to use for this. Please tell me where I should go to set this report up.

Support for analog credit card processing devices over ATA.
Extend ATA support to credit card processing devices. When asking about porting these devices over to RingCentral, I was informed they should be replaced with units that use Ethernet instead of telephone. Being able to port them as is by using an ATA adapter would have been preferred.

Translate abbreviations in voicemail to text as abbreviations only. For example, it generally translates "PA" to Pennsylvania, which is not what we intended.

Increase the voicemail time limit
The voicemail time is too short. Is there a way to increase the time limit, the ideal time limit would be up to 10 minutes. We service all time zones w/ calls coming in after hours. It is very frustrating for the client to call back to continue a voicemail 2 to 3 times.
