  2. Many of our users have custom rules with a custom voicemail greeting. They use them for "out of office", "in a meeting", "out to lunch", etc. When a Custom rule is applied, the custom greeting is heard by callers dialing the DID and through the main line but anyone internal who dials that user's extension does not hear the custom greeting. They only hear the user's standard greeting. Currently the "extension" is not listed as one of the conditions in Custom Rules so we cannot select it. This would be very useful to have this feature.   3. Give user's the ability to create, edit, delete, store, manage and use Canned Responses in all RC App messaging. Rather than continually typing the same/similar responses over and over, allow the user to select from their Canned Responses.

I wanted to have my users that is included on the Park Call Group to have a notification like ring or beep on the deskphone when there is a parked callMy users have a dual monitor setup and its not easy to check on the desk phone if there is a call on parkIt will be useful if there will be a beeping or ring sound when somebody will park a call for them to be reminded to pick it up

  7. We are one company with all the same client contacts. Ring Central should make a solution for sharing a contact list that would be global to all users. Clients are added and phone numbers updated in one place to be shared across all users. This improved efficiencies in a company, and seems like it should already be a standard feature

  8. Can I remove the *101 after my phone number on the cover page? It is confusing. Secondly, for the fax, can we just say "Fax" instead of "Fax phone" and last, can we give a parenthesis for the fax area code and a hyphen between the fax number. Thank you.

  10. we should not be ask to dial the area code if we are using the same area code for our phone number or if we are on that same location. it would save us time and easier for user to call out if calling the same area code

  12. A feature that guaranteed to use a RC International Thailand Number as an outbound caller ID to make an out bound calls to Local Thailand Numbers. Currently it keeps changing Random outbound caller ID keeps changing like +69711915668971 / (+6971191600869) It works with US /Singapore/ AU numbers but not within Thailand Local calls.

Our users would like the ability to use the dial-by-name feature from inside of the voicemail menu when they select 5 to forward a voicemail to another user.Users listen to a voicemail and realize that they need to forward it to another user, but they have to remember the user's extension, instead of being able to find the extension using dial-by-name.
