Invalid Vanity Numbers could have been rejected upon request
8001231234 was added to the account. TELCO OPS confirmed that it is an invalid phone number and should not have been added.The system could have rejected the request from the beginning

Disable entering extension when the call has gone to a voicemail message.
If an external call dials a direct line on your numbers list, it shouldn't have the ability to transfer to any extension on your extensions list. I had an external number dial a direct line that goes straight to voicemail, but they were able to hit certain keys on their numpad that redirected them to a call queue that has no relation to the direct line they dialed. That should not be possible in my opinion.

Park Locations/Presence - split the enablement of "ringing of monitored lines" from the "ringing of private park locations"
Currently, an admin who puts a boss's call in a park location immediately hears the ringing associated with the placement of the call on private park

Add an option to admin of the group to restrict a team member to delete any chat from the group. Also add a backup to chats in the Glip....
... (30, 60, 90 Days). The organigation with not loss out on any important chat if it get deleted by mistakely or purosefullly by any team member.

Restore clickable URLs in RingCentral Mac client (even if non-standard)
I updated my RingCentral app on my Mac a while back (now version 21.2.10.452 Web, 21.2.10.949 Mac) and since then, an important feature no longer works: links with a non-.com URL that are posted in rooms are no longer clickable, meaning I need to copy and then paste them into browsers manually (for us that includes an internal URL ending in .pvt even though it's https).Can we get that link function restored?

Expand Composability - Remove Fax icon across RC apps (Phone desktop app, RCApp, Mobile)
Customer would like the ability to full remove fax from the user profile and not have it show up in the RC Phone app, RC App and RC Mobile. This would remove the icon to compose a fax, remove reference to faxes sent,received, failed from the messages tab. Would like it to be a selectable option in custom roles.

Intercom use within a shared line
We have a customer who has a single shared line with 8 phones. They need two way communication (intercom) internally on their shared line. Is there anyway we can get internal shared line intercom functionality? There are 8 phones in this group with a total of 4 lines. If you think about the way landline phones work if they pickup a phone on line 1. Then a second user picks up another phone selects the same line. That functions as a two way communication with both users being able to talk on that line similar to how intercom would work.…

Call Queue voicemails: Ability to send to multiple extensions instead of going to the online-only "Messages"
Users with Desk phones will have access to Call Queue voicemailsFor example, we have a call queue with custom rules to send calls to different users. If a caller leaves a voicemail it should go to the intended recipient of the call queue (or at least to the voicemail box of all managers assigned to the call queue)

Offer option to change voicemail format to a lossless format like ALAC instead of AAC
Current voicemails are saved in m4a using aac which is a lossy format. Converting to alac still using m4a would provide a lossless format and better quality for our business needs.
