1) Any voicemail left for the customer care call queue to go to customercare@dieterichbank.com and not to go to their personal email inbox. All members have access to this email address to access the voicemail emails.

The Message Menu could be thinned by almost an inch, and smaller fonts can be used to increase the width of the Conversations on the right.
I have multiple windows open on 2-monitors limiting my display area. The Message Menu hides if I reduce the width of the window to 9" or less. It would be nice if I could see the Message Menu AND the Conversations in Chat within a 6"-8.5" width window.

- An employee can have a call forwarded to a colleague or a hotline despite the status "available" and is therefore not reachable by the caller personally by telephone.Wish:
- If the call forwarding is activated, it should be internally clear from the status that the employee cannot be reached personally by telephone

A participant in a group/hunt group should be automatically logged off from the group/hunt group when he "logs off on the PC".This should be configurable for the user, whether he likes it or not. It could be that he like to be present via another device.

Some organizations have the corporate rule, that always the real person has to take an incoming call. So voicemail must not be used in the organization.But as of today, if you use the combined user (voice&fax) you must activate for missed call 'send to voicemail'.Please find an implementation, where there is no must for this 'send to voicemail) setting

Lock Phone Numbers in Portal from Accidental Deletion
I'd love to see a way to "lock" a phone number in the Admin Portal so that it cannot be accidentally deleted. Maybe role-based number deletion, or a PIN that is required to delete "important" numbers?
We have 1000+ numbers in our account and do not want to kill a critical Site number that has been in use for 50 years if we can avoid it.

Allow for default Standard User when logged out of Hot Desk Phone
In RingCentral, setting up a limited extension for Hot Desking is simple—just check a box. This allows the phone to default to the assigned extension, enabling it to make and receive calls, but also lets users log in with their own extension and PIN. Once they log out, the phone reverts to the limited extension. However, this functionality isn’t available for standard user extensions. To use Hot Desking with a standard extension, the device must first be converted into a Hot Desk phone, which prevents calls from being made unless someone is logged in.

Feature that block the User on using the account away from the office
The customer wants to have a settings/feature that will block the user from using the RingCentral App and keep them away from their company. There should be a "IP block" or "Geo IP Blocking" option in the admin portal to make sure that the Users will not use the account when out of the office
