  6. If I choose a user and look at their GROUP MEMBERSHIP section it lists their groups in the form of a hyperlink. Really useful should I want to jump straight to the queue.
    But when in a Queue and looking at the CALL HANDLING section, the members are listed in text only.

    Would be great if they were listed as hyperlinks allowing me to make the jump in the other direction.

We have a Ringcentral account and we are under the impression that the extension on our account are already set to automatically record however upon checking we need to manually add them, it would be helpful to enable the automatic call recording for this extension when they are newly created

  18. In the desktop version under "Messages" each folder has a quick sort of: Pinned, Files, Images, Tasks, Links, Notes, Events, Code Snippets, and Apps. On the mobile version only Files, Pinned, Tasks, Events, Notes, Links are available. I need Images to be available on mobile as well as desktop.

  20. Customer wants us to include the RingCentral greeting for Linked RC numbers in Google voice. Right now, by default, the Google voice greeting is being played.
    The Call forwarding option for Google voice is not working, as they need to add the contacts manually to make that work.
