Forwarding call to other number that will allow both app and deskphone to ring or either application only.
Currently, it is normal behavior that if you forward the calls to other numbers ( 10 digits numbers) it will only ring the device that is online on the account (deskphone)It would be beneficial for us if there would be an option to make the application also ring if we forward the call to a different RingCentral number ( different account ).

Turn off RingCentral Extension and Notifications via Browser
RingCentral Extension in the Brave browser (based on Chromium/Chrome). Turn off the notifications generated by the extension, but every time I try to block them, it automatically selects Allow. Need to disable the notification via the browser and not from the Windows notification settings, because if it's disabled via Windows notification it will also disable all browser notifications from installed extensions on any browser.

Please add personalize able texting templates, so we could quickly respond to clients when we are already on the line with another client.
I would love to be able to send a text from a template. It is useful when I am introducing myself to new clients. It would also be helpful to be able to hit a button when you have a call waiting to let them know you saw their call and will touch base with them when you become available. Modern cell phones an even smart watches have this option. Even the Bluetooth option on my car has an option to auto respond to texts. I believe this would be a valuable tool for agencies. Option to disable call recording announcement per call queue
We have our valued customer who's idea might be beneficial to our platform. The account has an Automatic Call Recording to all call groups and users. When a call comes in to 1 call queue, the play recording announcement plays. However, with their current setup, 1 call will be transferred to a different call queue if not answered by the 1st call queue, hence the play recording announcement will trigger once again and so on, call will be transferred to a different call queue or to an external number that has the same call recording announcement. Changing the default name from being the main super admin/main extension
When an organization uses their main number as the fax caller ID or fax number as the sender, it would be beneficial if we could change the name from the default main super admin user. We had a ticket come in from a customer that was confused as to why a user who no longer works there is showing as the "From" user on faxes.

Presence Status Change Notification
Provide a notification when a HUD contact changes from busy, to DND, to available. Enable notification of status change by HUD contact. For example, when a HUD contact changes from "Busy" to "Available", provide a notification of the contact status change. The feature could be an additional option when selecting the Ellipse's for a contact in the HUD list.

Relocate the chat icon or save button - mobile device

Presence indicator on RingCentral app for desktop SMS part.
Need to have a presence indicator on the SMS section on the RingCentral app for desktop, similar to the one in the Messages part, where you can see if the person is available or on call. Hope you can fix it for SMS section.

Ability to Edit external number under call forwarding
From the User's Ring Settings, we have an option to add an external phone number to forward the call and we have an option to edit the number to change to a different one instead of deleting it and adding a new number. Now it is not available and we only have the option to delete it. It would be helpful to add the option to edit the external number on a call forwarding of a user.
